The "Hayat Park 90" project features apartments with a total area of 90 square meters, located in the elite residential complex "Hayat" in Almaty.

The "Hayat 90" project reflects the philosophy and aesthetics of our studio. We view minimalism not as a whim, but as a necessity for the modern person living in a metropolis.

Our team has done extensive work on developing technical and visual solutions for this project. The main goal was to create an environment that is visually warm and clean, as well as functionally practical and airy.

The overall light color scheme with black accents visually mirrors the color scheme of the residential complex facades.

Our solution was to soften the interior with warm shades of natural veneer and parquet. Soft furniture is made in warm light shades that balance the interior.

As accents, we used glass floor lamps and chandeliers, which in turn add visual lightness to the interior.

The main problem of minimalism is generally considered to be that it cannot be cozy. We hope we have managed to prove the opposite.

我们的解决方案是使用暖色调的天然饰面和镶木地板来柔化室内空间。软质家具采用暖色调，与室内空间和谐统一。

我们点缀了玻璃落地灯和吊灯，为室内增添了视觉上的轻盈感。

人们普遍认为极简主义的主要问题是它无法营造舒适感。我们希望我们能够证明事实并非如此。
