The "Hayat Park 182" project is an apartment with a total area of 182 square meters, located in the elite residential complex "Hayat Park" in Almaty.

The project reflects the philosophy and aesthetics of our studio. We perceive minimalism not as a whim, but as a necessity for the modern person living in a metropolis. Our team has done extensive work on developing technical and visual solutions for this project. The main goal was to create an environment that is visually warm and clean, as well as functionally practical and airy.

The residential complex offers views of the city's unique nature, which we aimed to reflect in the interior. We used natural materials such as wooden panels, parquet, and stone, which create a very warm and cozy atmosphere.

The soft furniture is made in warm light shades that balance the interior. As accents, we used glass floor lamps and chandeliers, which add visual lightness to the interior.

The main problem with minimalism is usually considered to be the lack of coziness. We hope we were able to prove the opposite.
