seems more like a description

of the panorama of all

living beings in the land of

abundance and how they

go about things. With that

in mind, perhaps having

some hearty hotpot is more

befitting of a content life.

第一次開場見面的獨白裏

The monologue of

of Qianxi Hotpot

our first meeting

was a realisation

the connection

between hotpot

the many faces of life,

which we could not

agree more.

The designing

a hotpot restaurant

occupying a surface area

nearly 1,500 square metres,

perhaps is more about

a carefree space

for gatherings

in western Sichuan.

這樣的情景裏，高低的錯落

The rising and falling

mixed with stairs

and gentles slopes

seems rather apt. We

always believe

the presence of yards

is the true

measurement of a venue

in the hearts of people

from Sichuan.

壩子設定在入口朝西的位置

落日的陽光正對照射進來

ith a yard located

to the west

of the entrance,

when the setting sun shines

through and becomes

the bamboo forest

and the rustic scenery,

the entire space is opened up

evokes both relaxation

and playfulness.

這個沒有“規矩”的環境裏

The sunken area

is the focal point of

the entire space. The

red woven-bamboo

that resembles a red lantern.

Half conceals and encircles

cheerful crowd

and the boiling hotpot

in this irregular space.

因此，我們也將這樣的格局思維

用在了不同形態的包房設計中

We have also applied

this layout

to the design

of different booths, for which

perhaps the name courtyards

would have been

appropriate.

在傳統手編屏風的襯托中

As diners sit

amid the bamboo forest

and surrounded

by the traditional,

hand-woven bamboo screen,

able to savour

dancing light and shadow.

灰磚與竹編，將不同需求的

the long corridor,

the ever-so-familiar grey

and woven bamboo separate

different dining areas.

application of

emphasises light and

contrived design expressions.
