当南海潮信捎来当日渔获的清鲜，潮汕食韵伴着轻袅烟火，在夜色里缓缓晕开。我们始终在探寻：属于都市的潮汕烟火，该以怎样的空间形态，安放每一场郑重的相聚？

When the tides of the South China Sea carry in the fresh catch of the day, the culinary charm of Chaoshan unfolds slowly in the night, accompanied by soft, drifting wisps of cooking smoke. We have always been exploring: what spatial form should the urban Chaoshan atmosphere take, in order to properly accommodate every meaningful gathering?

我们以「四季有鱼・聚在今夜」为设计核心锚点，将潮汕人刻进日常的饮食哲思与席间温情，都揉进这方空间的气韵肌理里。每一次推门而入，都像是踏入一段温热鲜活的夜的叙事。

Taking "Fish in All Seasons · Gathering Tonight" as the core design anchor, we have woven the culinary philosophy and table warmth that Chaoshan people embed into their daily lives into the very texture and spirit of this space. Every time one pushes open the door, it feels like stepping into a warm and vivid narrative of the night.

入口通道处，一面寓意「手里有钳」的金色蟹钳艺术墙先声夺人。阵列排布的蟹钳造型利落而富有张力，带着超现实主义的趣味与质感。

At the entry passage, a golden crab-claw feature wall—symbolizing "abundance in hand"—makes an immediate and striking impression. The arrayed crab claw forms are crisp and dynamic, charged with surrealist wit and tactile quality.

夜色是空间最好的底色。品牌字样与暖光在暗夜里温柔亮起，像一盏为晚归人守候的灯，静静守候着一抹潮汕烟火气，也暗合着潮汕人内敛而深重的待客心意：你若来，好的都已备好。

Night is the best backdrop for the space. The brand lettering and warm light glow gently in the dark, like a lamp kept waiting for those returning late, quietly guarding a trace of Chaoshan's lively atmosphere. It also echoes the reserved yet profound hospitality of Chaoshan people: if you come, everything good has already been prepared.

海鲜明档是一层空间的叙事重心，也是潮汕饮食文化的空间转译。

The open seafood display is the narrative focus of the first floor and a spatial translation of Chaoshan food culture.

我们将其敞开在主动线的核心位置，食材的鲜亮、蒸腾的热气、器皿的质感交叠在一起，既是不加粉饰的食材盛宴，更是对「鲜」字的极致敬畏，把潮汕人 “讲究食材、慢火耐心” 的底色，直白又真诚地铺陈开来。

We have placed it openly at the core of the main circulation path, where the vivid colors of the ingredients, the rising steam, and the texture of the vessels overlap. It is both an unadorned feast of ingredients and an ultimate reverence for the word "freshness," laying out plainly and sincerely the foundational character of Chaoshan people—respect for ingredients and patience with slow cooking.

包厢区域延续着空间内敛雅致的叙事，深浅交织的木作肌理铺陈出整个界面的底色。

层叠几何造型的壁灯嵌于木墙之上，暖调光线缓缓漫开，顺着板材自然的纹理晕出柔和的明暗层次，为空间镀上一层温润的夜的质感。

The private dining rooms continue the restrained and elegant narrative of the space, with interwoven light and dark wood textures forming the base layer of the entire surface.

Layered geometric wall lamps are embedded in the wooden walls, and the warm light slowly diffuses, following the natural grain of the panels to create soft gradations of light and shadow, coating the space with a mellow, night-like texture.

从尺度灵活的联通包厢到可容纳 20 人的专属包厢，我们为不同规模的相聚预留了妥帖的空间尺度。没有繁复张扬的装饰，只以材质本身的沉静力量构建场域。

From flexible connecting private rooms to exclusive rooms accommodating up to 20 people, we have reserved appropriate spatial scales for gatherings of different sizes. Without elaborate or ostentatious decoration, the space is built solely on the quiet strength of materials.

包厢内家具线条克制而舒展，在漫射柔光的包裹之下，滤去外界的喧嚣，留给席间相聚一份妥帖松弛的私享氛围。

The furniture lines in the rooms are restrained yet expansive; wrapped in soft diffused light, they filter out the noise of the outside world and leave a comfortable, relaxed private atmosphere for table gatherings.

空间细节处穿插的仿古铜不锈钢，透着低调克制的光泽，表面蚀刻的狮子暗纹，既是香港市井精神的图腾，也是品牌隐秘而尊贵的身份印记。

Antique bronze-finish stainless steel appears throughout the space’s finer details, radiating a quiet, restrained sheen. Subtly etched lion patterns on its surface act as both a totem of Hong Kong’s street-level spirit and an understated, distinguished mark of the brand.

Ascending the stairs, the second-floor space opens up another realm. The white facade outlines the soft contour of the circular hall, and the view outside stretches like a garden, airy and open, forming a rhythm that harmonizes yet differs from the lively atmosphere of the first floor.

如果说一层是夜的鲜活底色，二层便是夜的舒展深度：开阔的厅面保留了充足的呼吸感，让「今夜」的意涵，从舌尖滋味延伸至心境松弛。

If the first floor is the vivid backdrop of the night, the second floor is the expansive depth of the night: the open hall retains ample breathing room, allowing the meaning of "tonight" to extend from the taste on the tongue to the relaxation of the mind.

「今夜」从来不是一个时间刻度，而是一种状态：是此刻，是当下，是人与人珍重相对的片刻。潮汕人用慢火熬出一锅好汤，我们用细节打磨一段相聚时光。

"Tonight" has never been a measure of time, but a state of being: it is this moment, the present, a brief time when people hold each other in regard. Chaoshan people simmer a good soup over a slow fire; we craft a time of gathering through details.

在这个静谧场域里，每一处都在回应同一份心意：入味，暖心，把好的都给你。

In this tranquil field, every corner responds to the same intention: deeply flavored, heart-warming, giving you all the best.

四季轮转有渔获，人间相聚在今夜。当灯光次第亮起，砂锅炉火正旺，我们以空间为柬，等你赴这场属于潮汕夜色的约。

As the seasons turn, there is always a catch; in the human world, gatherings happen tonight. When the lights come on one by one and the clay pot stove burns bright, we use this space as an invitation, waiting for you to keep this appointment with the Chaoshan night.
