中国华润大厦立于深圳湾核心，作为这座城市最具辨识度的天际线地标之一，它不仅见证深圳的城市生长，也构成了中国当代城市高度的一个重要切面。作为全球湾区版图中的重要节点，深圳湾汇聚着稀缺的海湾资源与城市景观，更承载着一座年轻城市对于未来生活方式与长期价值的探索。

深圳是中国最年轻的超级城市之一。短短数十年间，它完成了从边陲小镇到国际都会的跃迁，塑造出一种以效率、创新与持续生长为特征的城市气质。然而，当城市发展进入高密度与高能级并存的阶段，决定其长期价值的，不再只是增长速度本身，而是如何在持续向上的过程中，建立属于时间的厚度与文化的沉淀。

深圳湾澐玺，正是在这一命题之上的一次空间回应。

被环形玻璃幕墙包裹的空间悬浮于海湾之上，天光、海色与城市天际线共同渗透其中。面对这一具有高度象征性的场域，无间设计通过当代艺术的敏锐性与东方工艺的沉静性，建立一种新的空间表达路径。它既面向全球顶级物业的审美标准，也尝试生成一种属于当代中国的空间范式与文化参照。最终，使地标空间从“被观看的形象”，转化为“可被持续经历与验证的价值结构”。

China Resources Tower stands at Shenzhen Bay, a landmark of the city's growth and China's urban ambition. As a key node in the global bay area, Shenzhen Bay embodies a young city's search for future lifestyles and long‑term value. Shenzhen has transformed from a border town into an international metropolis defined by speed and innovation. But as it reaches high density and energy, lasting value depends not on growth alone, but on building cultural depth. Shenzhen Bay Yunxi responds to this. Encased in a circular glass curtain wall, the space floats above the bay, merging sky, sea, and skyline. W.DESIGN blends contemporary art's acuity with Eastern craftsmanship's serenity to create a new spatial language—meeting global standards while forging a contemporary Chinese paradigm. The result: a landmark transformed from image to enduring value structure.

中国华润大厦以“春笋”为意象，构成深圳天际线中最具辨识度的城市符号之一。对于无间而言，“春笋”并不仅仅是向上的生长，更象征着时间在持续累积中形成的结构力量。它既回应深圳不断突破边界的发展轨迹，也隐含着一种长期主义的价值观——真正的高度，并非来自瞬时的跃升，而来自持续生长所形成的内在秩序。

设计以建筑原有的环形结构为基础，通过流动的空间骨架重新组织内部秩序，使功能体块以嵌入式方式进入整体结构之中。原本单一的环形动线因此被重新激活。行走不再只是通达路径，而成为空间被重新组织后的触发机制：停驻、转折、凝视与交流编织进连续的空间节奏之中。

With the imagery of a "spring bamboo shoot," China Resources Tower is a defining symbol of Shenzhen's skyline. For W.DESIGN, this is not just a metaphor but a spatial expression of the city's logic: continuous growth, breakthrough, and upward structural force. The design builds on the original circular framework, reorganizing interior order through a flowing spatial skeleton that embeds functional volumes. The once‑singular circulation is reactivated, turning walking into a trigger for pausing, turning, gazing, and conversing—all woven into a continuous spatial rhythm.

入口艺术中庭成为整个空间叙事的起点。设计并未让人第一时间抵达深圳湾的开阔海景，而是有意控制信息释放的节奏，使体验逐步从城市的速度逻辑中抽离。流动状态的竹编艺术装置构成空间核心视觉结构，回应“春笋”的建筑意象，并将其转译为空间中的持续生长逻辑。

The entrance art atrium initiates the spatial narrative. Instead of revealing Shenzhen Bay's wide sea view at once, the design controls the release of information, gradually pulling the experience away from the city's speed. A flowing bamboo installation forms the core visual structure, echoing the "spring bamboo shoot" imagery and translating it into a logic of continuous growth within the space.

纵长深邃的廊道因此成为光的剧场。阳光穿过竹编的缝隙，在地面与墙面投下随时间游移的光痕。隐藏的智能声光系统与自然光协同工作，使廊道随四季更迭而呈现永不重复的五感体验。

The long, deep corridor thus becomes a theater of light. Sunlight filters through the gaps in the bamboo weave, casting shifting traces on the floor and walls as time passes. A hidden intelligent sound-and-light system works in harmony with natural light, allowing the corridor to present an ever-changing, never-repeating sensory experience through the seasons.

人的体验始终贯穿设计的每一个部分。不同材质的衔接、水景装置、光影变化、声音系统与智能控制相互交织，行走其间如同穿行于山间。路线不断向前延展，每一步都有新的发现，而趣味就隐含在节奏的变化中。

Human experience permeates every design detail. The interplay of materials, water, light, sound, and intelligent controls makes walking feel like a mountain path. The route unfolds continuously, each step bringing a new discovery, and pleasure lies in the rhythm of change.

空间以致敬传承为创作核心。天然石材、宣纸、金属与木质等辨识度高的材料被精心组合，依靠天然的肌理和手工制作的温度，回归东方工艺中的人文意识。细微处可见“匠造”的精神，用手作留下可被触摸的痕迹。这种体验不同于之前孔洞带来的隐约，而是材质本身散发的熟悉感与东方感。它会让人感到自在，同时觉察到空间中拙朴的、却不言而喻的东方气息——关于“物质与时间关系”的理解方式。

The space pays homage to heritage. Natural stone, xuan paper, metal, and wood are combined with care, relying on raw textures and handcraft to restore the humanist spirit of Eastern craft. Every detail carries the mark of the artisan—tangible traces of the hand. Unlike the glimpses through perforations, this is the familiar, Eastern presence of materials themselves, offering ease and a quiet, unmistakable Eastern aura.

海湾VIP室中，无界海景与东方文艺气质层层相融。大面积的木砖覆满墙体，温润而深邃。人坐于其中，东方美学在当代空间中的张力不言自明。艺术、自然与居住的界限逐渐消融，剩下的只有一种被妥帖包裹的安宁。

In the Bay VIP Room, the boundless seascape blends with an Eastern cultural spirit. Wood panels cover the walls—warm and profound. Seated here, the resonance of Eastern aesthetics in a contemporary space is self-evident. The boundaries between art, nature, and dwelling gradually dissolve, leaving only a gentle, enveloping calm.

空间中置入了一组可转动的门。闭合时，空间围合出私密的静谧；推开时，整片海景重新归还于视野。空间状态因此不再固定，而是在开放与收敛之间自由转换，使人与环境建立更加主动的关系。

A set of pivoting doors is embedded in the space. When closed, they enclose an intimate stillness; when opened, the entire seascape is returned to view.

我们从深圳的城市肌理中提取色泽与质感。浓郁的点缀颜色与创新材料在传统与前卫之间架起桥梁，矜贵的材质承载时间的痕迹，构筑出一座艺术馆般的居住场域，既保留当代艺术的锐利，又融入东方工艺的温润，成为一处可被阅读、可被感知的美学容器。

We draw the colors and textures from Shenzhen’s urban fabric. Rich accent hues and innovative materials bridge the traditional and the avant‑garde. Precious materials carry the traces of time, shaping a museum‑like residential environment—one that retains the sharpness of contemporary art while embracing the warmth of Eastern craftsmanship, becoming an aesthetic vessel to be read and perceived.

洽谈区以大面积玻璃将大海直接推到眼前。从收到放的瞬间转换，大海的壮丽因之前的收敛而愈发壮阔。

The lounge opens up with large glass panels that bring the sea directly before your eyes. In that instant shift from containment to release, the ocean's grandeur feels all the more magnificent for the restraint that came before.

设计以雕塑般的形体来划分洽谈空间。高低起伏的体块如同穿行于山谷，高高低低，形成山间行走的意趣，将较小的区域围合起来。

Sculptural forms define the space. Rising and falling volumes, like walking through a mountain valley, enclose smaller areas with a sense of mountain traversal.

简洁的质感赋予空间当代的清冷气质，而围合形态提供充足的安全感与开放感。相比实体墙的隔绝，这种处理更加通透，视线可以在不同区域之间自由穿梭。

Simple surfaces lend a cool, contemporary elegance, while the enclosing forms offer both security and openness. More transparent than solid walls, the gaze moves freely between zones.

在动线的终点，一方茶亭隐于空间一隅，成为整个空间的精神落点。外部以温润的宣纸包裹，脚下是天然石材，内壁则以金箔铺陈出幽微的暖意。底部的镂空，使整个亭子呈现漂浮的轻盈感，如同悬于海湾之上的一处静境。人在此驻足、观海、静思。无边的海景在眼前铺展，但意义已不再来自“观看对象”，而来自人与世界重新建立联结的过程。

At the circulation's end, a tea pavilion tucked in a corner becomes the space's spiritual focus. Wrapped in warm xuan paper, set on natural stone, lined with gold foil, and lifted by an open base, it floats lightly. This contemporary mountain‑side pavilion invites you to pause, gaze, watch the sea, and contemplate. The boundless seascape unfolds, but its meaning lies not in what is viewed—rather, in the reconfigured relationship between people and space.

深圳的城市发展，是中国城市现代化进程的一个缩影。如竹子一般，它以极短的时间完成了高度密集的城市生长，也在不断吸纳多元文化与全球经验。在这一过程中，“速度”构成了城市的外在特征，而“长期价值”则逐渐成为新的判断维度。

无间设计在本项目中的实践，并不在于创造一种被定义的东方风格，而是在空间、材料与体验的层面，建立一种能够被持续阅读与验证的价值结构。这种结构既来源于东方文化中对时间与物质关系的理解，也回应全球当代语境中对高端空间的重新定义。当城市不断向上生长，真正能够被时间留下的，不是速度本身，而是那些能够持续生成意义的结构。

Shenzhen's urban development mirrors China's modernization. Like bamboo, it has achieved dense, rapid growth while absorbing global cultures and experiences. "Speed" defines the city's exterior, yet "long‑term value" has become a new measure. W.DESIGN's practice here does not aim for a defined "Eastern style" but rather builds a value structure—legible and verifiable—through space, material, and experience. This structure draws from Eastern understandings of time and materiality while responding to the global redefinition of high‑end space. As the city rises, what endures is not speed itself, but structures that continuously generate meaning.
