2026/ 柒未设计 栖所营造 私宅设计

真正的老钱风，从不是昂贵符号的堆砌，而是时间的奢侈品。这个整屋案例以 “温润、克制、隽永” 为内核，彻底摒弃了浮夸的造型与炫目的装饰，用天然材质的原生肌理和历经岁月考验的设计语言，构建出一个充满故事感与归属感的家。从踏入家门的那一刻起，米灰的艺术涂料墙面、温润的原木饰面、流动的天然石材与哑光的古铜金属便交织出一首温柔的序曲，没有刺眼的锋芒，只有岁月沉淀下来的从容与优雅，每一寸空间都散发着那种 “不动声色的高级感”。

空间的高级感，

源于无界的流动与生活的松弛。

整个居所采用开放式的客餐厨一体化布局，以柔和的弧形线条贯穿始终，巧妙消解了墙体的生硬感，让视线与动线在空间中自由穿梭。客厅的弧形沙发围合出慵懒的社交领地，餐厅的圆形餐桌承载着阖家欢聚的温暖，厨房的祖母绿大理石岛台成为日常互动的中心，不同功能区既相互独立又彼此渗透，让烹饪的香气、交谈的笑语、阅读的宁静在空间中自然流淌。大面积的落地窗将远山层峦与森林绿意尽收眼底，让窗外的四季流转成为家中最美的动态装饰，真正实现了 “人居于室，心融于景” 的理想状态。

最终，这个家回归到了 “人” 本身。它不是一个用来展示的样板间，而是一个能真正承载生活的容器。在这里，奢华转化为日常的舒适，品味融入生活的点滴；没有转瞬即逝的潮流，只有经得起时间考验的经典。它不仅是一个居住的空间，更是一个能容纳情感、滋养心灵的港湾，让每一个居住于此的人，都能在慢时光中，感受生活最本真的美好。

餐厅作为家庭情感的联结中心，在老钱风的设计中，实现了烟火气与仪式感的完美平衡。开放式布局打破了厨房与餐厅的边界，让烹饪的香气与用餐的欢笑自由流淌。墨绿色大理石岛台是整个空间的灵魂所在，流动的纹理如同山川脉络，古铜色吧台凳带着复古的金属质感，为日常增添了一抹精致。圆形餐桌寓意着阖家圆满，藤编餐椅带着自然的呼吸感，黑色金属框架勾勒出利落的线条，刚柔并济。一盏造型独特的黑金吊灯悬于餐桌上方，柔和的光线精准地落在餐盘上，让每一次举杯、每一次夹菜，都成为一场充满仪式感的生活庆典。

As a hub for family bonding, the restaurant achieves a perfect balance between the warmth of everyday life and a sense of ritual in Lao Qianfeng's design. The open layout breaks down the boundaries between the kitchen and the dining area, allowing the aroma of cooking and the laughter of dining to flow freely. The dark green marble island table is the soul of the entire space, with flowing patterns resembling the contours of mountains and rivers. The bronze bar stools, with their retro metallic texture, add a touch of elegance to daily life. The round dining table symbolizes family unity, while the rattan dining chairs breathe naturalness. The black metal frame outlines sharp lines, combining strength and softness. A uniquely shaped black and gold chandelier hangs above the dining table, casting a soft light precisely onto the plates, making every toast and every bite a ritualistic celebration of life.

客厅，从不是奢侈品的堆砌场，而是将岁月沉淀的从容与优雅，融入每一个生活细节。弧形沙发以温柔的曲线围合出松弛的社交领地，米白软包与深棕皮质的碰撞，如同陈年的单一麦芽威士忌，醇厚而富有层次。高低错落的茶几选用天然祖母绿石材与古铜金属打造，自然流淌的金纹是大地千万年的笔触，金属光泽在光影下若隐若现，低调中彰显着不凡的品味。大面积落地窗将远山层峦与森林绿意尽收眼底，与空间中的石材、木饰面形成自然的呼应，让窗外的四季流转成为家中最美的动态装饰。无主灯设计搭配艺术感十足的吊灯与壁灯，暖调光线漫过肌理丰富的地毯，营造出慵懒又不失格调的居家氛围，无论是独处阅读还是亲友小聚，都能找到最舒适的姿态。

The living room is never a mere accumulation of luxury goods, but rather a place where the calmness and elegance accumulated over the years are integrated into every detail of life. The curved sofa, with its gentle curves, encloses a relaxed social area. The contrast between the off-white soft cover and the dark brown leather is like aged single malt whiskey, mellow and rich in layers. The coffee table, with its natural emerald stone and bronze metal, features natural flowing gold patterns that resemble the brushstrokes of the earth over millions of years. The metallic luster is faintly visible in the light and shadow, highlighting extraordinary taste in a low-key manner. The large french window offers a panoramic view of distant mountains and lush forests, naturally echoing with the stone and wood finishes in the space, making the changing seasons outside the window the most beautiful dynamic decoration in the home. The design without a main light, paired with artistic chandeliers and wall lamps, casts a warm light over the richly textured carpet, creating a lazy yet stylish home atmosphere. Whether it's for solitary reading or small gatherings with friends and family, one can find the most comfortable posture.

卧室是心灵的栖息地，老钱风的卧室设计，褪去了所有的浮华，只留下纯粹的舒适与安宁。背景墙选用纹理独特的黑檀木饰面，自然的年轮纹路如同时间的掌纹，与软包床头形成温润的触感对比。人字拼木地板温润脚感，搭配同色系短绒地毯，赤脚踩上去，是家最温柔的拥抱。灯光设计摒弃了刺眼的主灯，以床头的艺术吊灯与壁灯营造出静谧的睡眠氛围，暖黄的光线漫过质感上乘的床品，让人瞬间卸下所有疲惫。没有多余的装饰，只有恰到好处的摆件与艺术画作，在静谧中诉说着主人的审美与品味，让每一个夜晚都能安然入睡，每一个清晨都能被阳光温柔唤醒。

The bedroom is a sanctuary for the soul. The design of the bedroom in the old-fashioned style sheds all the vanity, leaving only pure comfort and tranquility. The background wall is adorned with a uniquely textured black sandalwood veneer, whose natural annual rings resemble the palm prints of time, forming a contrasting warm touch with the soft-covered bed head. The herringbone wooden floor provides a warm and comfortable foot feel, paired with a short-pile carpet in the same color. Stepping on it barefoot feels like the gentlest embrace of home. The lighting design eschews glaring main lights, creating a serene sleeping atmosphere with artistic chandeliers and wall lamps at the bedside. The warm yellow light casts over the high-quality bedding, instantly relieving all fatigue. There are no superfluous decorations, only well-placed ornaments and art paintings that speak to the owner's aesthetic and taste in silence, ensuring every night is a peaceful sleep and every morning is gently awakened by the sunshine.
