沙盘区作为开启空间印象的第一幕，悬挂的艺术装置占据视野核心，分外瞩目。琥珀色剔透晶莹赋予空间无限奢雅想象，流畅的线性与比例打破了原有格局，刻画空间中生动的立体主义设计美学。

As the first act that opens up the impression of space, the sand table area is dominated by hanging art installations that occupy the core of the field of vision and are particularly eye-catching. The amber transparent and crystal clear color endows the space with infinite luxury and elegant imagination, while the smooth linearity and proportion break the original pattern and depict the vivid Cubist design aesthetics in the space.

将器物造型的特色，提炼为设计的语汇。天花细节的勾勒，造型灵感来源于折扇的折角，温润的材质序列化的顺延，在视觉上机巧灵动，更增进了与人的亲近感。

Extract the characteristics of the shape of objects into the vocabulary of design. The delineation of the details of the ceiling, inspired by the folding corners of the folding fan, and the smooth serialization of warm materials make it visually clever and dynamic, further enhancing the sense of closeness with people.

入境潜游臻致浪漫

历史与当下相逢，刻画出生动的余杭故事。开阔视野将来访者自然引导步入洽谈区，温润的浅色天花、鲜艳墙体与沉稳的深色地面围合出层次分明的大尺度空间视觉体验。

The encounter between history and the present portrays the vivid story of Yuhang. Expanding horizons will naturally guide future visitors into the negotiation area, where the warm light colored ceiling, bright walls, and stable dark ground surround a clearly layered large-scale spatial visual experience.

对称有序的陈列，以恰到好处的距离感确保交流时拥有舒适尺度。光影透过玻璃朦胧了空间界限，以简约、平衡的美感串联起每一个空间的架构，目之所及皆能感受到几何美学和流线韵律。

Symmetrical and orderly display ensures a comfortable scale for communication with just the right distance. Light and shadow blur the boundaries of space through glass, connecting the structure of each space with a simple and balanced aesthetic. Geometric aesthetics and streamlined rhythms can be felt wherever you can see.

设计是有生命的。设计师避免照搬杭州符号化的标签元素，而是思考如何运用当代材料，在当代语境下讲述余杭故事。洽谈区端景处，通过艺术化处理的背景呼应折扇造型，让场景展开更多交互，契合文人雅士的气韵风骨。

Design has life. Designers avoid copying the symbolic label elements of Hangzhou, but instead consider how to use contemporary materials to tell the story of Yuhang in a contemporary context. At the end of the negotiation area, the artistic treatment of the background echoes the folding fan design, allowing for more interaction in the scene and fitting the charm and style of literati and scholars.

水吧设于洽谈区一侧，既方便取用，更增加了空间的视觉美感。细腻的灯光、多样的材质及视觉层次组合，营造日咖夜酒的轻松氛围与尊贵格调。

The water bar is located on one side of the negotiation area, which is convenient to access and enhances the visual beauty of the space. Delicate lighting, diverse materials, and a combination of visual layers create a relaxed atmosphere and noble style for daily coffee and night wine.

精致时光，熠熠生辉。咖啡与酒精，述说着华灯初上的都市故事。

Exquisite time, shining brightly. Coffee and alcohol tell the story of the bustling city.

从清乾隆三十四年至今，余杭纸伞已有250余年历史，承载着中式浪漫，从远古悠然款步而来，深情柔婉，诗意江南。

From the 34th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty to the present, Yuhang paper umbrellas have a history of more than 250 years, carrying Chinese romance. They have come leisurely from ancient times, with deep affection, gentle elegance, and poetic charm in Jiangnan.

设计师将对都市生活的洞悉融入空间创造中，通过对整体空间气质的把握，在清雅与浓烈的交叠间勾勒空间印象。洗手间保持着雅致而不世俗的整体氛围。

Designers will integrate their insights into urban life into space creation, and by grasping the overall spatial temperament, they will outline the spatial impression between elegance and intensity. The bathroom maintains an elegant yet not secular overall atmosphere.
