犹若人行空翠，沐春风而思飞扬。

城市的繁华消隐于闲适之间。

人们渐渐对于居所的需求早已不再囿于浮华的物质构成，更多是通过对设计与艺术的探索，创造能够容纳自我内心世界的氛围，构建心向往之的精神寓所。上个月，万科·墨翠府美学展厅盛大开放，展厅位于开发区永旺梦乐城东广场二层，作为临售处，将墨翠府的整个美学体系融进一个开放的零售空间，作为墨翠府售楼处落地前的“序幕”，以充满诗意、活力的面貌推向大众的视野。

People's demand for housing is no longer limited by the flashy material composition, and more is through the exploration of design and art, creating an atmosphere that can accommodate one's inner world, and constructing a spiritual residence that one desires. Last month, Vanke Emerald Maisontemporary sales galleryopened grandly. It is located on the second floor of East Plaza of AEON MALL in the development zone. It serves as a temporary sales office, integrating the entire aesthetic system of Vanke Emerald Maison into an open retail space, promoting the public's vision with a poetic and energetic look.

不久后，SWS Group 与万科携手打造的万科新十年之作万科·墨翠府正式售楼处也将亮相于众。在整个墨翠府的美学体系中，它传承了原古现三千年文化的“墨”韵，加持开发区黄河路繁华“翠”境，项目择址人杰地灵古现板块，拥揽古现王氏家族二十七位进士文脉渊源，传承王懿荣著作《翠墨园语》，于古牟子国都旧址之上著造“墨翠府”，承袭黄河路高端基因，续写千年人文、居住传奇。

In the near future, the official sales gallery ofEmerald Maisondesigned by SWS Group, will also appear in the public. Theaesthetic system of Emerald Maisoninheriting the classical charm and local culture, inheriting Wang Yirong’s work "Cui Mo Yuan Yu", and extracting the spirit and charm.

品牌文化墙：

清晰、紧凑的观展动线

墨翠府临售展厅作为这项万科新十年之作的“序幕”，以零售空间盛大亮相，考虑到展厅所容纳的品牌文化展示与休闲栖息空间的复合功能，设计团队将“观展”的体验融入对空间的设计思路中，从入口的前厅到沙盘区集中展现了品牌文化历程，构成一个清晰、紧凑的观展动线。

Considering the composite function of the brand culture display and leisure habitat space contained in the space, the design team use "visiting exhibition" experience integrated into the design ideas of the space, from the front hall of the entrance to the sand board area, the brand cultural history is concentratedly displayed, forming a clear moving line.

水吧、客座、茶室：

畅享闲趣的休闲空间

品牌墙背后的空间，则开放为一个让人驻足停留享受闲趣的休闲空间，品牌墙的背后巧妙地设计为陈列柜，连带吧台，果断构成水吧的功能，以水吧、洽谈区和茶室的主要分区构成了这部分空间的主要功能。展厅在设计时有意为此留出更多空间感，构筑一个宽敞舒适，闲情雅致的休闲场所，城市的繁华消隐于这份闲适之间。

The space behind the brand wall is open as a leisure space for people to stop and enjoy the leisure and fun. The back of the brand wall is cleverly designed as a showcase with a bar counter and high chair, forming the function of leisure area. The main function of this space is for leisure and habitation, so the design team has left a lot of space for this.

多媒体光感品茗体验

空间的设计概念围绕着自然灵动，精致简约的现代新东方美学，表达着空间中的“墨”韵与“翠”境，在地风韵的胶东曲调，书法之乡的血脉，彰显着融入人文艺术与自然情怀的现代都市理念。

The design concept of the space revolves around natural agility, exquisite and simple modern New Oriental aesthetics, expressing the "ink" rhyme and "green" realm in the space, the local charm of Jiaodong and calligraphy culture, highlighting the integration of humanities and art.

茶室空间一反传统，将多媒体技术融入，茶杯与茶桌的感应互动装置颠覆了既往的品茶体验，璀璨绚烂的光感特效带来与众不同的视觉，风雅之道，粲然可观。

The tea room space goes against the traditional and integrates multimedia technology. The sensory interactive device of the tea cup and the tea table subverts the previous tea tasting experience. The brilliant light effects bring a distinctive vision, and the elegant way is impressive.
