The Project inherits the respected genes of Jinmao Palace, presents it with high standards, uses the best product power, classics grinding, and ingenuity to match the most livable VIP seats in Guanjiang, stirring up the bright imagination of Binjiang mansions.

SWS Group 设计团队以“海上吹来的风”为题，以艺术视角为出发点，将现代武汉的城市肌理感融入空间设计，借蓝色深沉来抒写生活的理想诗篇。

The design team of SWS Group takes "Wind Blowing from the Sea" as the theme and takes the artistic perspective as the starting point, integrating the urban texture of modern Wuhan into the space design, and expressing the ideal poetry of life with the deep blue.

户型为三代同堂而设计，男主人是38岁的企业高管，有较高的审美修养，女主人是36岁的平面设计师，讲究居家生活的色彩搭配。8岁的小朋友小学三年级，乐观开朗，喜欢白夜童话系列玩具。与退休的父母住在一起，闲暇时旅游和摄影，三代共处一室，享受从容自在的居家格局。

The apartment is designed for three generations in the same house. The male host is a 28-year-old corporate executive with high aesthetic accomplishments. The hostess is a 36-year-old graphic designer who pays attention to the color matching of home life. The 8-year-old is in the third grade of elementary school. Live with retired parents, travel and take pictures in their free time, living in the same room for three generations, enjoying a calm and comfortable home style.

在第一缕晨光中醒来，在一览无余的夕阳中沐浴，烹饪，健身，午后小憩，无拘束地享受自然光洋洋洒洒照进室内，是一天中最奢侈的时光。

Wake up in the first morning light, bathe in the unobstructed sunset, cook, exercise, take a nap in the afternoon, and enjoy the natural light shining into the room freely, which is the most luxurious time of the day.

平衡感是大多数都市人的追求，偏爱理性的色彩表达，沉稳冷静，加以些许热情的色彩，让空间更具艺术性。

A sense of balance is the pursuit of most urbanites. They prefer rational color expression, calm and calm, and add a little enthusiastic color to make the space more artistic.

Autumn Song of the Earth

大地之秋歌

高低丛生的树木交织，透过玻璃窗享受秋日暖阳。以“大地之秋歌”为主题的生活空间，在简约的形式之下，回到居住者情感需求，波澜不惊的岁月里有盎然的生机。

The tall and low trees are intertwined, and you can enjoy the warm autumn sun through the glass windows. The living space with the theme of "Earth Autumn Song" returns to the emotional needs of the residents under the simple form, and there is a lot of vitality in the calm years.

户型为三代同堂而设计，男主人是30岁的产品经理，工作较为忙碌，喜欢阅读。女主人30岁的大学教师，喜欢插花和阅读文学书籍。男孩是3岁幼儿园，活泼可爱，喜欢探索外太空。退休的父母在家里照看孩子，喜爱养生和吹奏萨克斯。

The apartment is designed for three generations in the same class. The male owner is a 30-year-old product manager. He is busy at work and likes to read. The hostess is a 30-year-old university teacher who likes to arrange flowers and read literary books. The boy is a 3-year-old kindergarten, lively and cute, and likes to explore outer space. Retired parents look after their children at home and love to keep healthy and play the saxophone.

居住者最在乎共享与独处的空间分布，如何创造一个围绕空间私密感、秩序感、自由行为、享受时光的家尤为关键。尊重每一位家庭成员的生活习惯与需求，关心每个人的情绪与状态，去除多余的装饰，让空间更加简约舒适。

Residents care most about the spatial distribution of sharing and being alone. How to create a home that revolves around a sense of privacy, order, free behavior, and enjoyment of time is particularly critical. Respect the living habits and needs of every family member, care about everyone's mood and state, remove redundant decorations, and make the space more simple and comfortable.

光线及材质是空间设计的主角，相互呼应下产生温润的触感，置身其中共酿沉着韵味，心境自然和缓沉淀。

Light and material are the protagonists of the space design. They interact with each other to produce a warm and moist touch, creating a sense of calmness while being in the space, and the mood is naturally and slowly settled.
