广州滨江上都售楼处：荔湾一线江景展厅，广船的前世今生

近日，由中信泰富与广船联手打造的大型滨江综合体——广州滨江上都正式开放了，项目一期最新产品也首露“真容”，它是还未出道就一直被关注的重磅项目，是真正的一线江景的广船地块。SWS Group 作为滨江上都售楼展厅的室内设计团队，将广船的前世今生纳入了一个现代的展厅里。

Recently, Guangzhou Binjiang Riverside, a large-scale riverside complex jointly built by CITIC Pacific and Guangzhou Shipyard Company, was officially opened. SWS Group, as the interior design team of the project, incorporated the past and present of the history of Guangzhou Shipyard Company into the design of a modern exhibition hall.

广船 · 印象

MEMORY OF GUANGZHOU SHIPYARD

广船地块前身是我国最早的造船厂，始建于1914年，码头拥有岸线2800余米，有华南最大的室内船台和造船设备，也是广州工业文明的见证者之一。1954年 “广州造船厂”正式成立。这个有着悠久历史的船坞可以说是广船人的“母亲船坞”，一百多年来见证了中国船舶工业由小到大、由弱到强的峥嵘历史。

Guangzhou Shipyard is the earliest shipyard in China. It was built in 1914. The wharf has a coastline of more than 2,800 meters. It has the largest indoor slipway and shipbuilding equipment in South China. It is also one of the witnesses of Guangzhou's industrial civilization. In 1954, "Guangzhou Shipyard" was formally established. This shipyard with a long history can be said to be the “mother shipyard” of Guangzhou Shipbuilding Industry. For more than one hundred years, it has witnessed the long history of China's shipbuilding industry from small to large, from weak to strong.

回溯广船，1958年，广船进行了四次规模较大的扩建；改革开放时期，广船迎来“出口”的辉煌；1993年，广船国际上市；2004年，龙穴基地开建；2014年，广船国际收购原龙穴造船厂；2017年，百年老船坞退役。不久，工人们将站完最后一岗，惜别荔湾厂区。广船即将在荔湾厂区画上圆满句号。

Soon, the workers will finish their last post and bid farewell to the Liwan factory. Guangzhou Shipyard is about to draw a successful conclusion to the Liwan factory area.

城市展厅：

广船时间长廊诉说前世今生

只有寻找到场地的记忆, 旧物才会不断有新的身份、意象、含意, 才会在不停转变的世代中保持活力及相关性, 不会被时代轻易遗忘：船锚，脚手架，齿轮，船墩，标语，红砖墙，工程图。

Only when the memory of the site is found, old objects will continue to have new identities, images and meanings, and will remain vigorous and relevant in the ever-changing generations, and will not be easily forgotten by the times: anchors, scaffolding, gears, boats Piers, slogans, red brick walls, engineering drawings.

SWS Group 作为项目售楼处的室内设计团队，将售楼展厅的功能需求结合艺术馆的表现形式，围绕船厂文化，重塑工业遗产，激活人们对于广船历史的记忆，呈现了一个“新”与“旧”相互融合的多功能展厅。设计团队希望这里成为城市的地标空间，成为广船记忆的延续，而不是一个脱离历史的新事物。

SWS Group was selected as the interior design team of the sales gallery of the project, combining the functional requirements of the sales gallery with the manifestation of the art gallery, reshaping the industrial heritage around the shipyard culture, and activating people’s memories of the history of Guangzhou Shipyard. A multifunctional exhibition hall where "new" and "old" are integrated. The design team hopes that this place will become a landmark space in the city, a continuation of the memories of Guangzhou Shipyard, rather than a new thing separated from history.

在功能分布上，一楼规划为文化展示空间，主要包含了城市展厅和品牌展示的分区，展陈了广船文化以及地块发展的前世今生。二楼规划为江景观赏与营销结合的多功能空间，主要包含了沙盘区、洽谈区、茶室、vip室、儿童活动区等。

In terms of function distribution, the first floor is planned as a cultural exhibition space, which mainly contains the city exhibition hall and the district for brand display, exhibiting the history of Guangzhou Shipyard and the development of the land. The second floor is planned as a multifunctional space combining river viewing and marketing, which mainly includes a sand board area, a negotiation area, a tea room, a VIP room, and a children's activity area.

踏入一层空间，犹如走进广船历史的长廊。设计团队通过空间的布局引导出一条流畅的动线，进入空间后，自然而然地驻足与经过各个陈列区，动静皆宜的展览空间由此而生。

Stepping into the first floor space is like walking into the historical corridor of Guangzhou Shipyard. The design team guides a smooth flow through the layout of the space. After entering the space, it will naturally stop and pass through various exhibition areas, creating an exhibition space that is both dynamic and static.

帆船，形如张开的折扇。水景，即是城市的倒影。船厂的记忆，城市的变迁，“新”与“旧”的意象被“收纳”于展厅。

A sailboat is shaped like an open folding fan. The waterscape is the reflection of the city. The memory of the shipyard, the changes of the city, the images of "new" and "old" are "accepted" in the exhibition hall.

同时，项目开放之际，也正迎来了2021年HBC国际艺术节的启幕，这里将联合众多国际大师，成就一场珠江岸的艺术大赏。Simon Ma马兴文（中国香港）, Pascal Maljette帕斯卡·玛尔耶特（法国）,Eolo Tomassoni艾欧罗 · 托马索尼（意大利）等国际艺术家将以一系列先锋艺术装置，呈现时尚与美学兼具的艺术滨江。

At the same time, the opening of the project is also ushering in the opening of the 2021 HBC International Art Festival, where many international masters will be united to create an art feast on the banks of the Pearl River. Simon Ma Ma Xingwen, Pascal Maljette, Eolo Tomassoni will present the art riverside with both fashion and aesthetics.

城市会客厅：

一线江景塔尖生活新图景

当进入二层，设计团队以最大限度地放大空间的视觉感受作为核心概念，确保每户都拥有最优的一线瞰江视野。让设计的手法让位于生活，纯粹的大面宽设计与玻璃幕墙结合，更大程度地从室内拓展景观面，让这段最美的江景，在居住者眼前展示得淋漓尽致。

When entering the second floor, the design team takes the visual experience of maximizing the space as the core concept to ensure that each household has the best view of the river. The large width design and glass curtain wall are combined to extend the landscape from the interior to a greater extent, so that the most beautiful river view can be displayed incisively and vividly in front of the occupants.

大堂的设计借鉴了顶级品牌专卖店、国际奢华酒店的设计手法，打造高品质星级入户体验，电梯厅、电梯轿厢、架空层、泛会所等公共区域，延续了宝格丽酒店的设计元素，整体设计是高端人群高接受度和强审美的完美结合。

The lobby design draws on the design techniques of top brand stores and international luxury hotels to create a high-quality star home experience. The elevator hall, elevator car, overhead floor, pan club and other public areas continue the design of Bulgari Hotel element.

VIP室也纵览一线江景视野，还原身临户型，感受江景会客厅的舒适。

The VIP room also allows you to have a sweeping view of the river view, bringing you back to the living room and feeling the comfort of the river view living room.

为满足洽谈空间多样化的需要，将东方茶室设于VIP室旁，作为饮茶会客的重要场所，与外界相对隔绝，在谈话中体会场所带来的悠然闲适。

In order to meet the diversified needs of the negotiation space, the Oriental Tea Room is set up next to the VIP room, as an important place for tea drinking parties, relatively isolated from the outside world, and experience the leisure and comfort brought by the place during the conversation.

儿童活动区以宇宙和星际为主题，呈现了大人和小孩都可以沉浸其中的娱乐空间，前卫而大胆，传递着“打破时空，放飞思绪”的理念。

With the theme of universe and interstellar, the children's activity area presents an entertainment space in which both adults and children can immerse in it.

未来的滨江，是面向世界的国际化滨江活力区，集商务、商业、生活、休闲、文化体验为一体的多元化城市综合体，而广船的精神与光辉，也将得以更好地延续。

In the future, Binjiang will be an internationalized Binjiang vitality area facing the world, a diversified urban complex integrating business, commerce, life, leisure, and cultural experience. The spirit and glory of Guangzhou Shipyard will also be better continued.
