2022 | SWS Group x 金茂：武汉东湖金茂府售楼处

武汉东湖金茂府项目位于武汉三大城市副中心之一的杨春湖高铁商务区，我们从“铁路网络”的形态中获得灵感， 以“纵”为手段，将东湖山湖美景与人居美景相结合，以“横”为理念，喻文化、休闲与商务为一体。从历史中来，向未来走去，在川流不绝间探索高铁文化，感受时代魅力。东湖金茂府营造城市与文化共生空间之美，传达东湖的骄傲与活力。

It is located in the high-speed rail business district of Wuhan. We draw inspiration from the form of "railway network", and use "vertical" as a means to combine the beauty of East Lake mountains and lakes with the beauty of human settlements. Culture, leisure and business are integrated, creating the beauty of a coexisting space between city and culture, and conveying the pride and vitality of East Lake.

2021 | SWS Group x 中信泰富：武汉滨江金融城售楼处

中信泰富滨江金融城地处 “长江主轴” 重点段，占地面积约340亩，是武汉市市委市政府重点打造的二七滨江商务区，且是最大规模的地块。我们希望在项目中提炼出让人们倍感亲切的武汉老城印记，留驻“老灵魂”的旧城风韵。风华褪去，日新月异的城市变化里，人们共赴越来越好的生活，却总会念念不忘旧时光的温暖。我们希望到城市的“老灵魂”深处寻觅，将一份共通的情怀以某种方式留存下来。

It is located in the key section of "the main axis of the Yangtze River" and is a key business district built by Wuhan. We hope to extract the imprint of the old city of Wuhan that makes people feel more cordial in the project, and retain the charm of the old city of "old soul".

2021 | SWS Group x 中信泰富：武汉滨江金融城样板房

SWS Group深度研究从点、线、形、色都具有内在的含义，细雨润物般将自然的元素与共同艺术融入到家居设计中，使人们在日常生活中时刻能体悟纯粹的艺术舍义，就能够用心灵寻求体会。以独特高雅的品味，体现于精妙的装置，表达感性的色彩及舒适体验，回归家的宁静，触动心灵深处，在感情上产生共鸣。

SWS Group in-depth research from point, line, shape, color has inherent meaning, like a drizzle moisturizing the natural elements and common art into the home design, so that people can always realize the pure meaning of art in daily life , you can use your mind to seek experience and resonate. With unique and elegant taste, it is reflected in exquisite installations, expressing sensual colors and comfortable experience, returning to the tranquility of home, touching the depths of the soul, and resonating emotionally.

2019 | SWS Group x绿城：武汉绿城凤起听澜艺术馆

“水”与“音乐”构筑起一座“水上音乐厅”，武汉绿城凤起听澜艺术馆的设计理念将自然与艺术巧妙互融，充分将材料发挥出诗意与艺术，最终为项目呈现了非凡的室内效果。该项目斩获了多项国内外设计大奖，如意大利The Plan Award设计大奖等，也是SWS的经典案例之一。

"Water" and "Music" build a "Water Concert Hall". Its design concept ingeniously integrates nature and art, and fully utilizes materials to bring out poetry and art, finally presenting an extraordinary interior effect for the project. The project has won a number of domestic and foreign design awards, such as The Plan Award, and is also one of the classic cases of SWS.

2021 | SWS Group x 绿城：武汉绿城凤起听澜样板房

凤起听澜的住宅设计，则以后浪漫主义理念为设计灵感，结合视听体验和空间设计演绎贝多芬《C大调三重协奏曲》。让音乐的韵律无形地徜徉在空间中。

In this residential design case, Beethoven's "Triple Concerto in C Major" was performed by combining the audio-visual experience and space design with the concept of later romanticism as the design inspiration.

2021 | SWS Group x 金茂：武汉滨江金茂府样板房

SWS Group 设计团队以“海上吹来的风和大地之秋歌”为主题，以艺术视角为出发点，将现代武汉的城市肌理感融入空间设计，借蓝色深沉来抒写生活的理想诗篇。

The design team of SWS Group takes "Wind Blowing from the Sea" as the theme and takes the artistic perspective as the starting point, integrating the urban texture of modern Wuhan into the space design, and expressing the ideal poetry of life with the deep blue.

2020 | SWS Group x 中信泰富：武汉滨江金融城样板房

云端主场，塔尖荟聚，引领时代先机的江景美宅 。经典的橘色、皮革与马具文化的符号变幻和运用在空间中，彰显着轻奢主义而现代感让空间至精至美。在这里，你能欣赏城市天际线，在城市绝对中心的地段，拥有最开阔的视野，傍江而居的理想生活。

A house with a good view of the riverside, the classic orange, leather and harness culture symbols are used in the space, showing a sense of light luxury and modernity. Here, you can enjoy the city skyline, in the absolute center of the city, with the widest view, the ideal life by the river.

2020年初，疫情的突发让我们加以思索“居所”对于人的心理学意义。疫情终会过去，在生活逐步回归平静与安定之时，回顾去年我们于武汉完成的项目，无不是在怀抱天下大治与和平的宿愿下倾注的设计。

At the beginning of 2020, the sudden outbreak of the epidemic made us think about the psychological significance of "home" to people. The epidemic will eventually pass, and when life gradually returns to peace and stability, looking back on the projects we completed in Wuhan last year, all of them are designs that have been poured into with the long-cherished wish of world order and peace.

随着Z世代的到来，年轻人对于理想居所的诉求更不再有一个标准的答案，新的生活方式带来的强大能量也将冲破传统的商业模式。我们打造了越来越多集办公、公寓、商业等业态于一体的CO-LIFE项目，创造更丰富的共享生活体验场景，在设计概念上也尝试了更多科幻、元宇宙的未来主义设计概念，“脑洞”是我们设计方案中的关键词。

With the arrival of Generation Z, young people no longer have a standard answer to their demands for an ideal residence, and the powerful energy brought by the new lifestyle will also break through the traditional business model. We have created more and more CO-LIFE projects that integrate office, apartment, business and other business formats, creating richer shared life experience scenarios, and we have also tried more sci-fi and metaverse futuristic design concepts in terms of design concepts" room for imagination" is the key word in our design scheme.

2022 | SWS Group x 绿城：武汉桂语朝阳售楼处&样板房

武汉桂语朝阳售楼处围绕“穿越星际”的故事线，将空间分为旅行者、时空悬浮、时间钳形、时量具象、时空裂变、星际迷航加大主题，表现时空交错的奇幻效果。

The space revolves around the story line of "crossing the stars", and divides the space into several themes: traveler, space-time suspension, time-clamp, time-quantification, space-time fission, and Star Trek, and expresses the fantastic effect of time-space interlacing through stories.

后疫情时代，居家办公模式更考验着住宅空间的居住体验。中信泰富新华壹号的一系列住宅设计案例中，我们以出色的软装设计方案，充分发挥了空间优势，打造了专属都市精英们的至臻美学典范空间，诠新定义当代高品味理想生活。

In the post-epidemic era, the home office model will test the living experience of residential space. In this series of residential design cases, we have made full use of the space advantages with our excellent soft decoration design solutions to create a contemporary high-taste ideal living space for urban elites.

2022 | SWS Group x金茂：武汉滨江金茂府样板房

随着人们对住宅产品的健康、舒适等需求升级，住宅产品的要求到了注重标准化、定制差异化等全新阶段。家装的消费升级，让人们对精装房的要求标准也越来越高了。近年来政府纷纷出台相关文件推进房地产精装房项目，精装房越来越受到消费者青睐。积累了多年住宅设计经验的我们，也始终秉承着做“好”做“精”的理念，提供“以人为本”的精细化设计。

With the upgrading of people's demand for health and comfort of residential products, the requirements of residential products have reached a new stage of focusing on standardization, customization and differentiation. The consumption upgrade of home improvement has made people's requirements for hardcover rooms become higher and higher. With years of experience in residential design, we have always adhered to the concept of being "good" and "fine", and provided "people-oriented" refined design.

无可复制的“江上游艇”豪宅，两江四岸之上，雄踞长江头排，享一线滨江天赋资源。我们通过室内设计， 完美“拿捏”住了一套“江上游艇”所拥有的个性和品质。我们提炼了“游艇”的元素和造型，以流线型造型为基线，勾勒出长江主轴上让人心往神驰的豪宅生活图景。

"River Yacht" mansion, through interior design, we perfectly present the personality and quality of a set of "River Yacht". We refined the elements and shapes of the "yacht", and took the streamlined shape as the baseline to outline the life of a mansion that makes people feel fascinated by the Yangtze River.
