Ningbo stands at the convergence of Jiangnan heritage and Western influence—an intersection that has cultivated a distinct "Haipai" aesthetic over the past century. Today, the city's historic alleyways and domestic traditions are being reimagined for a new era.

在蓝城·璟曜庆庐，WJ STUDIO 万境设计便承续了这笔脉络，使空间不仅是功能的容器，更是情感与记忆的载体。

With the Bluetown · Hygge Living project, WJ STUDIO embraces this lineage. The design regards space not just as a functional vessel, but as an enduring carrier of emotion and memory.

当代海派，礼序之享

The Experience Center

好的空间从不缺少仪式感，却也不过分张扬。

The design philosophy posits that truly exceptional spaces offer a sense of ceremony without being ostentatious.

在璟曜庆庐生活馆，我们以“酒店化思维”重新定义功能空间与体验节奏，无论是层层递进的空间流线，或是奢雅温润的材质肌理，还是海派审美的氛围营造，都传递出“恰到好处”的精致。

Approaching the Life Experience Center with a hospitality mindset, we have redefined the rhythm of the user journey. From the unfolding circulation and rich, warm textures to the curated Haipai atmosphere, every detail conveys a refinement that feels effortless.

阵列的琉璃灯体裹着光影流动，西洋工艺的剔透中映出中式纹样的细腻，没有繁复装饰，却暗合兼容并蓄的底色。挪威绿奢石之上，悦动的玉石吊灯与琳琅的茶酒杯瓶更是为空间注入轻快的情调。

Arrays of glazed lighting capture a fluid sense of movement. The clarity of Western craftsmanship reveals the delicacy of Chinese motifs—clean and uncluttered, yet inherently inclusive. Against a backdrop of Norwegian Green luxury stone, playful jade pendants and a display of tea and wine vessels inject a lighthearted tone.

仪式感与松弛感并行，这里既是商务洽谈的雅集，又是闲暇时光的逸境。

Balancing ritual with relaxation, this venue functions seamlessly as both an elegant setting for business and a quiet retreat for leisure.

若说酒店式会所是体面的外衣，那么“可交流、可停留、可私享”的社区化生活方式便是空间体验的内核。

If the clubhouse represents the dignified facade, then the community lifestyle—built on connection, lingering, and privacy—forms the core of the experience.

向庭院敞开的洽谈区藏着社交的“开放性”与“分寸感”，热情奔放的红绿配色与细致点缀的刺绣、金箔工艺亦是引导空间氛围的巧思。

The lounge opens onto the courtyard, carefully balancing social openness with a sense of appropriate intimacy. Vibrant reds and greens, anchored by meticulous embroidery and gold leaf details, subtly guide the mood.

Pablo Bueno 镜头下的宁波

法国摄影师Pablo Bueno为璟曜庆庐所特别创作的摄影作品使宁波的城市记忆有了具象的表达，黑白光影中，老城与新城的变迁及传承在此定格。

Photography commissioned from French artist Pablo Bueno anchors the space in Ningbo’s history. Through black and white imagery, the transition between the old city and the new is frozen in time.

VIP室是繁忙中可隐匿的专享空间。有邻可共饮，有隅可休憩，有家可安心，足矣。

The VIP room offers a private hideaway from the busy world—a place to share a drink with neighbors, rest in a quiet corner, and find the safety of home. It provides a sense of complete sanctuary.

流动叙事，艺术之家

The Model Residence

推门而入，温柔的光影早已透过云石晕开，归家的心便安顿下来。

Upon entry, soft light diffuses through alabaster features, instantly calming the mind.

这里是家庭的社交主场，也是艺术生根的土壤。奢石宝格丽紫的硬朗与马毛地毯的复古格纹静静对话，壁炉上的收藏品与游廊悬挂的摄影作品彰显品味。无需刻意叙说风格，但那中西合璧的审美趣味，已悄悄在材质与配色中弥漫。

This area serves as the home’s social hub and the foundation where art takes root. Bold Bulgari Violet stone dialogues quietly with the retro checks of a horsehair rug, while collectibles on the fireplace and gallery photography in the corridor showcase distinct taste. Rather than forcing a specific style definition, a blend of East and West naturally permeates the materials and palette.

在艺术的渲染下，场景随心转换——午后是浸满阳光的弦乐角，夜晚则成为威士忌与棋局相伴的绅士领地。

Under the influence of art, the setting shifts with the mood—a sunlit corner for music in the afternoon transforms into a "gentleman’s territory" for whiskey and chess by night.

每一间卧室都是一座独立的栖息岛，在主卧，飘窗上的私享Minibar、形成洄游的衣帽间，功能的无限延伸，予以从容不迫的度假心境与优雅。

Every bedroom is designed as a private sanctuary. In the master suite, an integrated bay-window minibar and a flow-through walk-in closet extend the room's functionality, offering the unhurried elegance of a luxury resort.

次卧同样藏着不同的意趣，每个房间都不再是四面墙的围合，而是精神得以休憩与生长的天地。

The secondary bedrooms hold their own charm; they are no longer just enclosures of four walls, but spaces where the spirit can rest and grow.

空间因人的停留而完整，因情感的注入而生动。

从生活馆的奢享礼序，到样板房的艺术多元，设计不仅是美学的表达，更是对海派文化与当代生活方式的深度回应。

A space is only complete when inhabited, coming alive through the infusion of emotion.

From the luxurious rituals of the Experience Center to the artistic diversity of the Model Residence, the design is a deep response to both Haipai culture and contemporary living.
