这座房子的故事是从一个美好的遇见开始，遇见一个美丽的姑娘，开始一段美丽的爱情故事，忠诚、明媚、幸福唯美，她欢乐的笑容是他最大的满足，倘若一座房子没有爱的故事，再美也是没有灵魂和温度的。

The story of this house starts from a beautiful encounter, with a beautiful girl. Then a beautiful love story happens. Loyalty, brightness, happiness is their faith of love, as like her smile is his greatest satisfaction. A house without love story, no matter how beautiful it is, it is lack of soul and temperature.

本案业主是年轻的 90 后，高级将奢华中的精致提取，让极简更加纯粹，探索时尚和优雅并存，改变单一乏味的审美情趣。

The owners of this case are the generation after 90s. Senior taste will be refined in luxury extraction, let the minimalist be more pure, and explore the coexistence of fashion and elegance, finally change a single boring aesthetic appeal.

F1 living Room | Minimalist Elegant Temperament

客厅打破传统的模式，去掉了电视机，留下来的是一片大自然的纹理，在背景下方的凹槽壁龛放置了微光蜡烛，透露着年轻业主的浪漫和情调，仿佛在诉说一段美丽的爱情故事。个性的家具提升了整体空间的调性，在细腻柔和的灯光氛围下增加更多舒适柔和的体验，让一楼整体空间不失温馨浪漫的同时也极具张力。

The living room breaks the traditional pattern by removing the TV and leaving nature texture behind. In the recessed alcoves below the background, glimmering candles are placed, revealing the romance and sentiment of the young owners, as if telling a beautiful love story. Personalized furniture improves the tonality of the whole space, adding more comfortable and soft experience under the delicate and soft lighting atmosphere, making the whole space on the first floor warm and romantic as well as extremely tension.

黑白，方圆之间，当世间万物的两个极端发生和谐的碰撞，空间的一致性反而得到了更完美的实现，方正的空间感完美划分了各自特色的区域，灰色落地的大玻璃移门可以自由分隔且链接厨房和餐厅的关系，非常综合了喜好和生活习惯，娇润的圆桌则能给家庭添加几分温馨，其乐融融的氛围。干净简洁的线条，利落大方地彰显了业主的品味。

美是基础的，在又美又酷的同时还可以极具实用性那堪称完美。一整面黑色的柜门像整个空间的桥梁，深沉低调又极具张力的存在感，又有强烈的视觉聚焦点，整面的柜门打开庞若巨大的宝藏，里面可以收纳各种日常用品以及咖啡机、榨汁机，完完全全满足了收纳的需求性。

Beauty is fundamental, it can be beautiful, cool and extremely useful, which can be called perfect. A whole black cupboard door is like the bridge of the whole space, deep low-key feeling with full sense of existence. There is a strong visual focus on it, while the whole cupboard door opens, there is a huge treasure, which can contain all kinds of daily necessities and coffee machine, juicer, completely meet the needs of storage.

F1 Access and Public Washroom | Art of Space

在客厅和餐厅的链接处抬高部分是干区洗手台，左边则是隐藏式暗门的外卫。隐形暗门既可以完美处理面和面的链接又清晰划分独立外卫空间。

At the link between the living room and dining room, the raised part is the dry area washbasin, and to the left is the exterior guard of the hidden door. Invisible doors can perfectly handle each surface, and clearly divide the independent outer space.

卧室简洁明了，素雅的格调。在材质选择上设计师坚持简约质朴，没有多余的修饰，没有过于奢侈的点缀，床屏隐藏柔和的灯光让人安静沉醉。

The bedroom is concise and clear, simple but elegant. For the selection of material, designer insists style of contracted plain, which do not have redundant decorate, do not have too extravagant ornament. The bed screen conceals downy lamplight to let a person in bliss of quietness.

现代人居需要让人有归宿感，人们在杂乱的世界中仿佛在寻找婴儿在母胎中的安全感和舒适感，然而这样的卧室可以让人卸下重担，回归到一种自然轻松的状态，可以轻松安然入睡。

Modern living style needs a sense of belonging, in the messy world, people seems to be looking for a kind sense of security and comfort like a baby in the mother embryo. However such a bedroom can let a person unload the burden, return to a natural and relaxed state, then fall asleep easily and peacefully.

Blue snail: cowardly but brave, timid but also firm, he is not perfect, but he is totally clean and clear, he is a true angel. He lives in the big world just like you and me, always trying, always being himself.

Black stair pedal and black handrail, leave people elegant and luxurious visual enjoyment, add mysterious power for the space, which is a spiritual needs of desire from new generation, a unique taste of the pursuit, feel like freedom with tension but do not break decent personality proposition.

这座房子里的故事就是从一个美好的遇见开始，遇见一个美丽的姑娘，开始一段美丽的爱情故事，一束阳光中爱一个人，就是要她沐浴爱的幸福就像向日葵与太阳，忠诚，明媚，幸福唯美，她欢乐的笑容是他最大的满足。倘若一座房子没有爱的故事，再美也是没有灵魂没有温度的，这里便是他一直想要给她梦寐以求的爱情归宿，一个梦想的家。

The story of this house starts from a beautiful encounter, with a beautiful girl. Then a beautiful love story happens. Loyalty, brightness, happiness is their faith of love, as like her smile is his greatest satisfaction. A house without love story, no matter how beautiful it is, it is lack of soul and temperature. This was the place he had always wanted to give her, the home of his dreams.

无限延伸感的镜子让内卫空间感更加流畅，夺人眼球的潘顿椅如同优美的雕塑，曲线柔美，与美丽的女主人相辅相成，活跃了空间也提升了高级感。细腻的水磨石在微光中仿佛繁星漂浮在夜空，光影虚实变幻让洗手间的氛围更加舒适而高级，在这样的环境下洗漱泡澡是一种怎么样的享受。

Infinite extension of the sense of the mirror makes the space more fluent, eye-catching Panton Chair seems like a beautiful sculpture, with gentle curve, just echo with the beautiful mistress, improve the tone of the space. Exquisite terrazzo is in gleam as if star is floating in night sky, shadow changes also let the atmosphere of washroom to be more comfortable and advanced, which make bathing to be a kind of joy.

如果说极简是一种生活态度，那么富有趣味性的陀螺椅则是一种生活情趣，90 后潮儿们对自己独特的爱好和对美的定义有新主张，在这座房子的某一处角落就可以寻找到自己独处的方式，感知阳光和细微的情感变化，把美好情感，寄托和包容，体验和延续性都融入在这个有爱的空间里。

If minimalism is a kind of attitude to life, then the gyro chair is a kind of life interest. After 90s generation  always has their own unique and definition of beauty, in a certain corner of the house, he or she can find his way to enjoy himself.They can feel the sunlight and subtle emotional change, all of their emotions no matter the good feelings, hopes and tolerance, experience and continuity are integrated into this loving space.

LG1 Nanny Room

保姆房也如此有爱，在这样的房子里做保姆也是一种幸福。

Nanny room is also with so much love, to be a nanny in such a house is also a kind of happiness.

LG2 Multifunctional Space

在大面积使用环保的艺术涂料的地下室，解决了在南方潮湿气候下易发霉的现象，有精致纯粹表达空间的大气简约，兼顾细节收口的细腻美感，使用了线性收口踢脚线替代了传统的踢脚线。

In the basement, designer use large area of environmentally friendly art paint, it solves the problem of mildew easily in the humid climate in the south. It has the atmospheric simplicity of delicate and pure expression space, and takes into account the delicate beauty of detail closure. It uses linear closure skirting line to replace the traditional skirting line.

LG2 Multifunctional Space

加强材质和空间的连贯性，一致性，设计师尽可能平衡主材的种类和色调，提高空间高级感，秉承少即是多的设计理念，纯粹更有张力，地下室也不会过分强调软装，恰当好处和空间相辅相成。在巧妙的灯光设计下创造出极具艺术性的写意空间，将精心打磨的空间和家具浑然天成，营造出真正具有灵魂的“光之艺术”写意空间。

Strengthen the consistency of material and space, consistency, the designer as far as possible to balance the main material type and tone, improve the sense of space, adhering to the design concept of less is more, pure but with more tension. The basement will not overemphasize soft decoration, but leave it an appropriate space complement with each other. In the clever lighting design to create a very artistic freehand brushwork space, will be carefully polished space and furniture, create a real soul of the "art of light" freehand brushwork space.

在这里有对美的定义有不同角度的诠释，比如艺术品的收藏是因为背后的故事，比如公仔的收藏因为儿时的梦想，比如对美酒品味不局限于名贵，比如对宠物的溺爱是源自一段有意思的相遇.......等等。

Here there are different interpretations of the definition of beauty, such as the collection of artworks is  because of the stories behind, such as the collection of dolls because of childhood dreams, such as doting on pets from an interesting encounter.......

这个家是一束温暖的阳光；是一阵清风；是一湾清澈的水；还有一辈子的爱和承诺。为爱的人遮风挡雨，也为她呈现极致的爱和包容。

This home is a bundle of warm sunshine, a breeze, a bay of clear water and a lifetime of love and commitment.A shelter for lover,and show the extreme love and tolerance for her.
