△RUIAN

瑞安为百越支系之东瓯古邑，最早于新石器时代晚期，江游两岸已有先民繁衍生息，建立聚落。夏、商、西周、春秋，为扬州之域瓯地。其后受时局变化，朝代更迭，行政隶属随变。天复二年（902年），改名瑞安县。1949年，瑞安解放。1987年，撤县立市。在这样一座文风鼎盛，书院林立的千年古镇，这套辞旧换貌的新居和这座城市紧紧相连。

Rui an is the ancient town of East Ou of Bai yue branch. It was first established in the late Neolithic Age when its ancestors lived and multiplied on both sides of the River and established tribes.Ou Di is the Xia, Shang, Western Zhou, Spring and Autumn period, for the domain of Yang zhou.Subsequently by the current situation changed, dynasty advance, administrative subordination adjustment.In 902, it was renamed Rui an County.In 1987, it was abolished and established as a city.It has a history of more than one thousand years, with a thriving culture and academies everywhere.This new set of renovated home is closely connected with the city.

新宅林立，却有一批见证时代发展的小区逐渐退出主流。旧宅新筑，在当下冰冷的钢筋混泥土与玻璃幕墙建筑拔地而起的时代，追寻一处静谧之地。拆旧去垢，使空间得以归回建筑本身。

New buildings and houses standing in great numbers, but there are a batch of community that witnessed the development of the era withdrew from the mainstream gradually .Old apartments and new buildings, seeking a quiet place in an era of cold concrete and glass buildings.

“小隐隐于山，大隐隐于市”，“大隐”，即于闹中取其静，在信息冗杂，人人讲求高效，疲于“内卷”的时代，家作为我们得以喘息的自留地，可以怎样的面貌让我们得享其静呢？

Leisure natural and unrestrained life need not be field to the forest path, a higher level living in the city, in the heart the pure land, find a quiet,"Hidden", that is, to keep quiet in the noisy, in the age of explosive information, efficiency, and "involution"as we can breathe at home, what kind of appearance let us enjoy its quiet?

本案用印刻于我们文化基因中的东方美学——不刻意突出装饰和外表，强调事物质朴的内在，并能历经时间考验的本质之美”与“朴素而天下莫能与之争美”相对应，体现其“去甚、去奢、去泰”的思想内核。本案的设计理念亦脱胎于此。

This project was adopted the Oriental aesthetics in our cultural genes, does not need to deliberately outstanding decoration and appearance, emphasized simple things, and the beauty of nature through the test of time "and" simple and world can mo and battle of beauty ", demonstrates that it don't go overboard, don't too much, to the right kernel thoughts.The design concept of this case is also derived from it.

轻轻转身，便与不期而遇的温柔相撞，大体量的木质背景，以其本真之姿，给予客厅空间自然而又富有质感的底色。棉麻质地的沙发，提升空间舒适度的同时，又营造出了寂静之感。结合生趣盎然的猫爬架，“闹中取静”的悠然意境呼之欲出。

Turning around gently and colliding with the unexpected softness,the large wooden background provide a natural and textured background for the living room space with its true appearance. Cotton and linen sofa promote dimensional comfort while it built the feeling that gave silence again. Combined with the climbing frame of lively cat ,the leisurely artistic conception of "taking quiet from noisy" is vividly evoked.

大面积的浅调墙体奠定了本案质朴古拙的基调，又因其质朴方可藏纳包容万物万象，一如玄关出处的设置：门边的立镜与镜边的木制椅子，和大地色系地垫，无一不体现着事物本真之美。而这份朴素使得玄关与屋内外的相隔与衔接过渡的自然又恰当。值得一提的是，这把小小的木质椅子承载着业主母亲的关爱与思念，从老家带来，安置屋内，每每看见，便会感受到令人熟悉的安全感。

Large area of shallow wall established the fundamental key of plain like this case, and because of its simple may hide, all-encompassing, as porch to the original Settings: stand by the door mirror and wooden chairs, on the edge of the mirror, and the earth color mat, all reflect the beauty of nature.And this simple makes porch and inside the house outside of the interval and join the natural transition appropriate.It is worth mentioning that this small wooden chair is carrying the owner's mother care and miss, brought from home, put the room, each time see, will experience the familiar sense of security.

穿过玄关，映入眼帘的便是岛台，深沉的黑缀以一抹静谧的灰，台面上的装饰摆件让单调的灰色俏皮灵动了起来，与墙面的留白壁挂相映成趣。岛台作为使用频率较高的区域，设置在前后院动线之间。

Pass through porch, what greet is island stage, dark black composed with a quiet ash, the adornment on stage places a piece to let drab gray nave lively rise, hang with metope blank wall set each other off become interest. As a frequently used island is set between the front and back moving lines.

绕过岛台，目光所及之处，尽是用餐区的雅致与温和。柜帘的条纹镂空式设计，搭配着陶瓷摆件，尽显“犹抱琵琶半遮面”的含蓄之美。推杯换盏之间，是与“我”或知己好友的不言自明，仿佛空间的寂静，便是一切最好的答案。

Through the the island ,everywheresight reached, the dining area is all about elegance and gentleness.With ceramic ornaments, the stripe hollow-out design of ark shade shows the implicit beauty of "still holding pi pa half cover face".Toasting is self-evident with "me" or confidant, as if the space of silence, which is the best answer to everything.

藏匿于门后的书房，将窗外之景，引入室内，于坐卧之间赏心外之景，享无他之静。

Hide in the study behind the door which take the scenery outside the window into the room,enjoy the scenery outside the feast between sitting and lying, without his quiet.

作为最具“休息”功能的卧室，在舒适感的营造上延续了客厅的自然守拙。床头的渐变画饰，为空间增添了一抹亮色。而其与卧室配色的相融与相对应之间，又使之多了几分禅意。仿佛在此处品茗的不再是茶，而是静静顺着喉腔滋润身心的时光。就如同生活本身，从不在别处，亦无须刻意向外寻求，自在这一片天地之间。

As the most "rest" functional bedroom continues the nature of the sitting room by the building of the comfort .The gradient painting at the head of the bed adds a bright touch of color to the space.Between the harmony and correspondence of its color matching with the bedroom, and makes it a bit more Buddha meaning.As if tasting tea here is no longer tea, but quietly along the throat cavity moistens the time of body and mind.

Just as life itself, never elsewhere, it also need not deliberately to seek outward, ease  between heaven and earth.

夜幕降临之际，点亮几盏小灯，仿佛内心的方寸之地也被照亮，令人心生安宁。

When the night falls,you light up a few small lights, as if the heart of the square inch of land is also illuminated, makes people peaceful.

与这份禅意不谋而合的，是飘窗外的微缩园林——枯山水——以层层荡漾的白沙为水，以石为山，辅以绿色盆景，静默无声之间自成一方世界。

The miniature garden outside the floating window which coincides with the Buddha's idea -- dry landscape -- with rippling white sand as water, stones as mountains, and green bonsai is forming a silent world of its own.

闹中取静不似古刹之于山林，而更像是静心禅门之于人群，本案以“存真去奢”的审美内核，开启了这样一扇静心妙门，让人得以安享“心外无他”之静。家在此处，何必远方。

Taking peace in the noise is not like the ancient temple in the mountains, but more like the meditation gate in the crowd. This case, with the aesthetic core of "preserving truth and eliminating luxury", opens the door of such a meditation wisdom, so that people can enjoy the peace of "no other" outside the heart. Home is here, not far away.
