FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON

昆明，这座镶嵌在云贵高原的翡翠之城，两千年茶马古道的驼铃曾在此摇响，滇池的波光与金殿的铜瓦交织出“春城”的温润底色。

Kunming, the emerald city set in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, once resonated with the bells of caravans along the ancient Tea Horse Road two thousand years ago. The shimmering waters of Dianchi Lake and the golden tiles of the Golden Temple weave together the gentle charm of this "Spring City".

Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square, in collaboration with NBD, upholds a spirit of curiosity and exploration, seamlessly blending timeless classics with modern elements. Infusing a youthful and energetic vibe, it aims to create a new high-quality journey where business and leisure coexist harmoniously.

破局：一场“与时间赛跑”的改造实验

A Renovation Experiment Racing Against Time

作为福朋喜来登品牌的首个存量建筑改造项目，昆明东风广场福朋喜来登酒店的诞生被赋予了双重使命：突破传统办公楼转型的桎梏；且在不足一年的周期内，以严控造价的策略实现从“功能性空间”到“城市精品酒店”的蜕变。面对原始建筑蓝图纸数据缺失、结构复杂的挑战，设计团队以“边拆除边设计”的动态策略推进工程，通过现场多次复核管井结构、评估抗震系数等，结合消防规范与在地文化基因，将一栋沉睡的办公楼重塑为兼具现代美学与人文温度的旅居空间。

As the first stock building renovation project under the Four Points by Sheraton brand, this hotel carries a dual mission: to break the constraints of transforming a traditional office building and to achieve a metamorphosis from a "functional space" to an "urban boutique hotel" within a tight schedule of less than a year and a strictly controlled budget. Faced with missing original blueprints and complex structures, the design team adopted a dynamic "design-as-demolition" approach, conducting multiple on-site verifications of pipe shafts and seismic evaluations. By integrating fire protection standards with local cultural genes, they successfully reshaped a dormant office building into a travel space infused with modern aesthetics and human warmth.

建筑新生：从沉闷到轻盈的现代叙事

From Heaviness to a Light Modern Narrative

原建筑历史久远，在尽可能保留原建筑的基础上进行优化升级，立面色彩以低饱和度的灰调为主，与昆明澄澈的天空形成诗意对话。针对周边居民楼与逃生梯的视觉干扰，设计师通过几何线条的切割重塑与绿植的穿插美化，将原本杂乱的轮廓转化为立体化的艺术装置。入口区域新增小花园景观区与停车区，则以“城市绿洲”的姿态，模糊了建筑与街道的边界，成为宾客抵达时的第一重仪式感。

The original building, with its long history, underwent an optimization and upgrade while retaining as much of its structure as possible. The façade adopts a low-saturation gray tone, creating a poetic dialogue with Kunming’s clear sky. To mitigate the visual clutter from neighboring residential buildings and fire escapes, the designers redefined the contours with geometric cuts and interspersed greenery, transforming the disordered outlines into a three-dimensional art installation. A newly added small garden landscape and parking area at the entrance serves as an "urban oasis," blurring the boundary between architecture and street, offering guests their first sense of ceremonial arrival.

现代时尚复古经典

HOTEL LOBBY

酒店大堂公区以“复古工业风”为基底，以简约的线条勾勒秩序之美，复古精致灯具与井然有序的做旧金属网在暖调光源下泛着温润光泽，酒店公区走廊背景墙上悬挂的昆明老街景艺术画，悄然将宾客引入一座城市的记忆长河。这种看似“未完成感”的设计语言，暗合福朋喜来登品牌“探索精神”的内核，让空间成为一座连接过去与未来的桥梁。

The hotel lobby features a "vintage industrial" style as its base, outlined with minimalist lines that convey the beauty of order. Exquisite retro lighting fixtures and neatly arranged aged metal meshes glow warmly under ambient lighting. Artistic paintings of old Kunming street scenes hang along the corridor walls, gently guiding guests into the city's memory stream. This seemingly "unfinished" design language echoes the core of Four Points by Sheraton’s spirit of "exploration," making the space a bridge that connects past and future.

受限于原有建筑结构，大堂中不可拆除的承重柱与低矮层高成为设计难点。团队巧妙设置了大面积的落地玻璃窗且向外扩展面积，同时将立柱转化为空间中的艺术构件。

Constrained by the original building structure, the load-bearing columns and low ceiling height in the lobby presented design challenges. The team cleverly installed large floor-to-ceiling windows that extend outward, while transforming these columns into artistic elements within the space.

通透的落地玻璃窗将春城的天光云影尽数纳入空间，光影在新旧交织的时空里对话流转，交织出开阔而深邃的仪式感。一步一景的氛围感，满足了现代年轻人随手拍照分享生活的潮流，设计感满满的酒店也可以是旅程里不可或缺的时尚活力打卡地！

The transparent floor-to-ceiling windows invite the daylight and drifting clouds of the Spring City into the space, allowing light and shadow to flow and converse between the old and new, creating a grand and profound sense of ceremony. The atmosphere, where every step offers a different view, caters to the modern trend of young guests capturing and sharing their experiences, making this stylish hotel an essential and vibrant destination along their journey.

旧皮箱、老式自行车与复古唱片机散落其间，似一场无声的时光展览，云南传统扎染技艺工艺品的呈现成为空间叙事的点睛之笔，让人恍若漫步于昆明旧时街巷与现代艺术馆的交界之地。

Scattered vintage suitcases, old bicycles, and retro record players create a silent exhibition of time. The inclusion of traditional Yunnan tie-dye crafts adds the finishing touch to the spatial narrative, making guests feel as if they are strolling between the old alleys of Kunming and a modern art museum.

醇饮优选摩登社交

DRINKS BY THE MESH

穿过光影交织的廊道，大堂吧如同一处隐于喧嚣的暗调剧场。设计以“复古工业的精致解构”为笔触，黑色铁艺框架与不同材质的家具围合出开放松弛的摩登社交环境。

Walking through the corridor where light and shadow intertwine, the lobby bar feels like a hidden, dimly lit theater amid the city's bustle. Designed with a touch of "refined deconstruction of vintage industry," black iron frames and various furniture materials enclose an open and relaxed modern social space.

从云南红河弥勒的红土高原中汲取灵感，设计将红砖元素贯穿于大堂吧、公区及餐厅的部分墙面。粗粝的砖块肌理与金属、玻璃等现代材质碰撞，既呼应了昆明老城的岁月质感，又以解构主义手法赋予其时尚摩登气质。

Inspired by the red earth plateau of Mile in Honghe, Yunnan, the design incorporates red brick elements into parts of the lobby bar, public areas, and restaurant walls. The rough texture of the bricks contrasts with modern materials like metal and glass, reflecting the aged charm of Kunming's old town while endowing the space with a stylish, deconstructivist flair.

灯光是这里的主角：日间，纱帘滤过的柔光为下午茶镀上一层慵懒金边；入夜后，桌面小灯与空间氛围灯渐次亮起，宛若星河倾落，勾勒出微醺啤酒吧与私语酒廊的双重性格。来这里体验“醇饮优选”Best Brews™ 特选本地精酿啤酒，沉浸式感受畅饮的欢乐时光。

Lighting takes center stage here: during the day, soft light filtered through sheer curtains adds a lazy golden glow to afternoon tea; at night, tabletop lamps and ambient lights gradually illuminate, resembling a falling galaxy, shaping the dual character of a tipsy beer bar and an intimate lounge. Guests can enjoy Best Brews™ selections of local craft beers and immerse themselves in joyful moments of carefree drinking.

复古桌球台成为空间的情绪锚点，铜质球杆与绒布台面碰撞出雅痞趣味，大堂吧墙面悬挂的艺术画作暗合地域肌理，让每一次击球都似与这座城市击掌共鸣。

The vintage pool table serves as the emotional anchor of the space, where brass cues and velvet tabletops create a dandy charm. Artistic paintings hanging on the lobby bar walls echo the local texture, making every strike on the table feel like a resonant handshake with the city itself.

这里没有刻意的奢华，唯有对“舒适与真诚”的极致追求。旧物与新材的对话、明与暗的平衡、功能与美学的共生，皆在诠释福朋喜来登“UNCOMPLICATED简约”的品牌灵魂——让设计退居幕后，让故事自然生长。

There is no deliberate luxury here, only an extreme pursuit of "comfort and sincerity." The dialogue between old and new materials, the balance of light and dark, and the symbiosis of function and aesthetics all interpret the Four Points by Sheraton's brand essence of "UNCOMPLICATED simplicity"—allowing design to retreat into the background and stories to grow naturally.

廊间叙事时空漫游

PUBLIC AREAS

从大堂通往电梯间的走廊，仿若一条被精心雕琢的时光隧道。粗犷的红砖墙面铺陈出工业美学的底色，其上悬挂的昆明建筑艺术画——从铁路博物馆的藏品到昆明老街的建筑剪影——以黑白影像与历史笔触交织，将城市记忆凝固为墙上的诗行。

The corridor from the lobby to the elevator feels like a carefully crafted time tunnel. The rough red brick walls set an industrial aesthetic tone, adorned with artistic paintings of Kunming's architecture—from relics of the Railway Museum to silhouettes of old Kunming streets—interweaving black-and-white imagery and historical strokes to freeze the city’s memories as poetry on the walls.

地面黑白相间的棋盘格地砖延伸出韵律感，墙面嵌入的铜质指引线条化形为抽象铁轨，如同暗藏列车行进的轨迹，与复古造型壁灯共构机械时代的浪漫隐喻。

The checkerboard floor tiles in black and white extend a sense of rhythm, while the embedded brass guide lines on the walls take the form of abstract railway tracks, hinting at hidden train journeys. Together with the retro-style wall lamps, they form a romantic metaphor of the mechanical age.

角落堆叠的复古皮箱被琥珀色光晕温柔包裹，斑驳纹路中似藏着无数旅途故事，而绿植又以生机破开厚重感，让每一次穿行都成为怀旧与现代交错的沉浸式剧场。

Vintage suitcases stacked in the corners are gently wrapped in an amber glow, with their worn textures seemingly hiding countless travel stories. Greenery adds vitality, breaking the heaviness, making every passage through the corridor an immersive theater of nostalgia and modernity.

美食天堂玩啤食社

THE MESH

若说昆明东风广场福朋喜来登酒店的设计是一场时空对话，二层的「玩啤食社」便是其中最温暖的章节。

If the design of Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square is a dialogue across time and space, then the "THE MESH" on the second floor is its warmest chapter.

不同规格的餐桌与经典简约座椅错落排布，特别定制的壁灯以精致肌理滤下柔和琥珀色光晕，伴随着绿植与云南鲜花的清新自然，开启每一个充满希望的早晨，在美食之旅中滋养身心。

Tables of varying sizes and classic minimalist chairs are arranged in a staggered layout, accompanied by custom-designed wall lamps that cast a soft amber glow through their delicate textures. The freshness of greenery and Yunnan flowers ushers in each hopeful morning, nourishing both body and soul in this culinary journey.

晨光初启时，红砖墙被镀上一层金边，原木餐台上热气氤氲的过桥米线、现烤破酥包与云南小锅米糕，以香气唤醒味觉记忆，仿若一场永不落幕的云南风味庆典。

As the morning light begins to shine, the red brick walls are gilded with a golden edge. The wooden dining tables steam with freshly made "Crossing-the-Bridge" rice noodles, baked crispy pastries, and Yunnan small rice cakes, awakening taste memories with their aroma—a perpetual Yunnan flavor celebration.

设计以云南红河弥勒的红土为灵感，将粗粝的红砖墙垒砌成空间底色，深浅交错的砖缝间仿佛藏着高原的风与阳光的故事。这也是酒店里超级出片的打卡地，享受美食的同时也能将美照形成定格的人生记忆。

Inspired by the red soil of Mile in Honghe, Yunnan, the design features rough red brick walls as the space’s foundation. The interwoven gaps of light and dark bricks seem to contain stories of plateau winds and sunshine. This is also a must-visit photo spot in the hotel, where guests can capture life’s memories while enjoying delicious food.

「玩啤食社」早已超越一个餐厅的范畴——它是旅途中的烟火驿站，是设计对在地文化的谦逊致敬，更是福朋喜来登「HONEST真诚」哲学的味觉表达。

"THE MESH" has long transcended the boundaries of a mere restaurant—it is a vibrant stopover for travelers, a humble tribute to local culture through design, and a flavorful embodiment of Four Points by Sheraton’s philosophy of "HONEST sincerity."

活力无限健身中心

FITNESS CENTER

24小时的健身中心如同一座悬浮于城市喧嚣之上的能量绿洲。尽量打开大面积的玻璃窗将春城的晨光与暮色引入空间，哑光金属器械的冷峻线条与砖纹墙面温润肌理形成微妙平衡，艺术创作画以跃动的色块呼应运动韵律，让每一次奔跑与拉伸都似与光影共舞。

The 24-hour fitness center is like an energy oasis suspended above the city’s bustle. Large glass windows are opened as much as possible to introduce the morning and evening light of the Spring City. The matte metal fitness equipment’s sharp lines balance subtly with the warm texture of brick-patterned walls, while vibrant blocks of color in the art pieces echo the rhythm of movement, making every run and stretch feel like a dance with light and shadow.

设计以“少即是多”的哲学布局，器械分区清晰流畅，柔光系统在深夜化为无声陪伴，户外绿植的盎然生机与镜面反射的无限延伸感，消解了旅途中倦意——这里不仅是肌肉的战场，更是一场关于保持自律与青春活力的美学实践。

The design follows the "less is more" philosophy, with clearly defined and smooth functional zones for equipment. The soft lighting system becomes a silent companion at night, while the lush greenery outside and the infinite reflection of mirrors dispel travel fatigue—this is not just a battlefield for muscles, but an aesthetic practice of maintaining discipline and youthful vitality.

自然简约舒适宁静

HOTEL ROOMS

福朋喜来登“舒适、真诚、简约”的品牌哲学，在改造中被转化为可感知的年轻化空间语言。

Four Points by Sheraton's brand philosophy of "comfort, sincerity, and simplicity" has been transformed into a perceptible, youthful spatial language in this renovation.

客房摒弃冗余装饰，以原木色调、棉麻织物与柔光系统营造出松弛舒适、自然宁静的现代旅居氛围。设计保留原始建筑的厚实隔墙，巧妙转化为隔音优势。

The guestrooms abandon excessive decoration, using natural wood tones, cotton and linen fabrics, and a soft lighting system to create a relaxed, comfortable, and serene modern travel atmosphere. The design retains the thick partition walls of the original building, cleverly transforming them into superior sound insulation advantages.

二层的客房配备的户外小露台与微型花园，打破封闭感，引入自然光线与城市景观，形成内外交融的呼吸感，无形中将昆明的“慢生活”引入私密空间，让每一次的入住都沉淀为人生旅程中弥足珍贵的美好记忆。

The second-floor guestrooms feature outdoor terraces and mini gardens, breaking the sense of enclosure and introducing natural light and city views, creating a breathing space where the interior and exterior blend seamlessly. This subtly brings Kunming's "slow life" into the private space, turning every stay into a precious memory in one's life journey.

Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square is like an urban note written in the language of contemporary design—from the red brick texture refined from the red soil plateau to the seagull silhouettes of Cuihu Lake in the corridor murals. The hotel uses space as its latitude and longitude, weaving Kunming's historical charm and urban life into a memory map for travelers, full of vitality, making every stay a gentle reunion with this "Floral Capital of Asia."
