Xi'an, formerly known as Chang'an. With a thousand years of elegance, one can embrace the charm of ancient and modern times without leaving the city walls. The bricks and tiles of the Qin and Han dynasties still show traces of the past glorious times. Now, standing on the context of urban culture, China Resources Land builds a new city again.

华润 •港宸润府，落于奥体核芯之上，以隋唐盛景 “八水绕长安”为原型，六进归家礼序，极致演绎当代东方精神，构建水脉环绕的悠然岛居。基于项目背景，设计团队深耕于在地文化，以东方美学“云龙鱼水”为灵感，运用写意的设计手法，呈现雅韵与礼序之精髓，构建一处诗情盎然的东方盛景。

China Resources -JADE APARTMENTS, located in the core of the Austrian Sports Centre, is based on the Sui and Tang Dynasty's grand scene of ‘Eight Waters Surrounding Chang'an’, with a six-pronged homecoming ritual sequence, which is the ultimate interpretation of contemporary oriental spirit, and builds a relaxing island residence surrounded by water veins. Based on the background of the project, the design team is deeply committed to the local culture, inspired by the oriental aesthetics of ‘Cloud, Dragon, Fish and Water’, and adopts a creative design approach to present the essence of elegance and etiquette, to build a poetic oriental landscape.

仪式/步步生景

由过道至二层接待，作为空间的缓冲区，同时也隐藏了人的情绪过波。延续整体的设计脉络，奢石置底， 通过肌理之间的呈现与统一，成就空间的奢华底蕴。

From the aisle to the reception on the second floor, it serves as a buffer zone for the space and also hides the emotional transition of people. Continuing the overall design context, luxury stones are placed at the bottom. Through the presentation and unity of textures, the luxurious foundation of the space is achieved.

树木的肢体与不锈钢螺丝，精心拼装出那棵象征着心灵的 “树”。它像是一位沧桑的智者，承载着无数的文化记忆与价值恍惚，每一根树枝、每一处拼接都仿佛在讲述着岁月的故事。

The limbs of trees and stainless steel screws are carefully assembled to create the "tree" that symbolizes the soul. It is like a vicissitudes-wise person, carrying countless cultural memories and a sense of value. Every branch and every joint seems to be telling the story of the years.

鱼跃龙门，过而为龙。立体鱼形玻璃吊灯随着建筑形态，灵动游弋，鱼群汇聚成流，宛如蛟龙得水。既形成炫目耀眼的视觉盛宴，又构成一脉相承的设计语境。楼梯，以曲线的柔美形态蜿蜒而上，一步一景， 错落有致。

Fish leap over the dragon gate and become dragons. The three-dimensional fish-shaped glass chandelier gracefully moves with the architectural form. The school of fish converges into a stream, just like a dragon in water. It not only forms a dazzling visual feast but also constitutes a consistent design context. The stairs wind up in a gentle curve, presenting a different scene at every step and being well-arranged.

奢雅 /兼容并蓄

云锦，如同天边织造的锦绣画卷，素有“东方瑰宝”之美誉。以云锦为载体，贯穿整体的设计脉络，自然与人文相融共生，共同演绎空间的意趣之美。

Yunjin, like a splendid brocade woven in the sky, has long been known as the "oriental treasure". Taking Yunjin as the carrier and running through the overall design context, nature and humanity blend and coexist, jointly interpreting the beauty of interest in space.

步入洽谈区域，豁然开朗，高耸开阔的布局，尽显恢弘大气，设计遵循建筑形态而展开。屏风轻展，如同天边的流云缭绕，围合出一处宁静而私密的天地。米白色的沙发、Max皮革单椅搭配天然奢石桌面， 简洁的线条与不同材质间的碰撞，将现代的优雅与奢华展现得淋漓尽致，空间中愈加温润淡雅，心境不禁也变得惬意起来。

Entering the negotiation area, one is suddenly enlightened. The towering and open layout fully shows grandeur and magnificence. The design unfolds following the architectural form. The screen unfolds gently, like flowing clouds in the sky, enclosing a serene and private world. Off-white sofas, Max leather single chairs, and natural luxury stone tabletops. The collision of simple lines and different materials fully displays the elegance and luxury of modern times. The space becomes increasingly warm and elegant, and the mood can't help but become comfortable.

融汇/人文雅集

电影《长安三万里》曾道“只要诗在，书在，长安就在”。人们于长安的向往，不止于繁华盛景、万国来潮，更在于那绵延不绝的文化脉络，植根于心的历史情怀。

The film "Chang'an Three Miles" once said, "As long as poetry and books exist, Chang'an will exist." People's longing for Chang'an is not only for its prosperous scenes and the gathering of nations, but also for its continuous cultural context and historical sentiment deeply rooted in the heart.

立体鱼形玻璃吊饰宛如一群灵动的精灵，在灯光的映照下熠熠生辉。那手工吹制的波西米亚水晶玻璃，带着轻微的不透明渐变，如同梦幻的水母在水中翩翩起舞。

Three-dimensional fish-shaped glass pendants are like a group of lively elves, shining brightly under the illumination of light. The handmade Bohemian crystal glass has a slight opaque gradient, like a dreamy jellyfish dancing gracefully in the water.

以阿玛尼龙为意象，结合当代的设计手法，通过云锦进而呈现，龙舞动在云端之上，其姿态与神韵，既有凌空翱翔的优雅，又有翻腾云海的磅礴气势。东方古韵与现代审美交织成一幅绝美的画卷，漫步于间，领略千年的韵味与雅趣。

Taking the Amani dragon as an image, combined with contemporary design techniques and presented through Yunjin, the dragon dances above the clouds. Its posture and charm have both the elegance of soaring in the air and the majestic momentum of billowing clouds. The ancient charm of the East and modern aesthetics are intertwined into an extremely beautiful picture scroll. Walking among it, one can appreciate the charm and elegance of thousands of years.

场景/ 艺术浸染

整体空间以浅米色为基调，温柔地铺陈开来，沉稳而典雅。云石壁灯有序地点缀其间，如若漂浮在空中的云朵，散发着柔和而温暖的光芒，轻盈的姿态与石材的厚重感形成鲜明对比，为空间增添了一抹浪漫与诗意。置身其中，仿佛能感受到时光流转的静谧与美好。

The overall space is based on light beige, gently spreading out, calm and elegant. Cloud stone wall lamps are orderly dotted in between, like clouds floating in the air, emitting a soft and warm light. The light posture forms a sharp contrast with the heaviness of the stone, adding a touch of romance and poetry to the space. Being in it, one can seem to feel the tranquility and beauty of the passage of time.

水吧区，一方独立的自在天地。天然石材的质感纹理，细腻而深邃，宛若自然的精心雕刻，流淌着纯粹的美感。Remo的吧椅，优雅的姿态围合其间，每一处细节都透露着细腻而高级的匠心工艺。其轻盈的外观、流畅的线条感，彰显着经典的魅力。

Water bar area, an independent and comfortable world. The texture of natural stone is delicate and profound, just like the elaborate carving of nature, flowing with pure beauty. Remo's bar stools surround it with elegant postures. Every detail reveals delicate and advanced craftsmanship. Its light appearance and smooth line sense show the charm of classics.

于此，自然与艺术再次融为一体，享受着片刻的宁静与自在。

多元/跃然东方

跃然东方生活馆，涵盖泳池、健身等多项配套，表象的丰富性，所蕴含的是背后多元的生活方式。由上至下的环绕布局，被曼妙的未来感环绕，沿着前行，开启新的生活转场。

Leapfrog Oriental Lifestyle Pavilion, covering a number of facilities such as swimming pool and fitness, the richness of the surface is implied by the diversified lifestyles behind. The top-to-bottom wrap-around layout is surrounded by a delicate sense of the future, along the front, opening up new life transitions.

清澈的水面微微荡漾，柔和的灯光晒落，忘记繁忙的日常，开启悠游的独享时光。

The clear water surface ripples slightly, and the soft light shines down. Forget the busy daily life and start a leisurely and exclusive time.

除却健身区域，同样设置有舒适而宜人的休闲区。以玻璃屏风为分隔，保证了光线的充足透入，又形成隐秘的休憩氛围。绿意的竹编雕塑，契合空间的文化性与在地性，与石材的纹理相印成画，为整体增添了更多的生机与活力。

In addition to the fitness area, there is also a comfortable and pleasant leisure area. Separated by glass screens, it ensures sufficient penetration of light and forms a secluded resting atmosphere. The green bamboo weaving sculpture fits the cultural and local characteristics of the space. It forms a picture with the texture of stone, adding more vitality and vigor to the whole.
