项目背景

牧笛设计受开发商新力集团之邀，在其开发的中国合肥社区内设计一座销售中心，业主的远见卓识为项目的设计赋予了充分的构思空间，牧笛也希望借此契机，尝试突破营销中心的固有定义，将项目定位于都市会客厅，即崇尚美学，注重体验，渴望社交与互动，追求精致的高品质生活，具备国际化视野的都市人群,打造成合肥高品质、高格调社区。

MAUDEA Design of the whistle was invited by the developer Xinli Group to design a sales center in the Hefei community in China. The vision of the owner gave the design of the project a full space for conception. Mudi also hopes to take this opportunity to try to break through the marketing center. Inherently defined, the project is positioned in the urban living room, that is, advocating aesthetics, emphasizing experience, eager to socialize and interact, pursuing exquisite high-quality life, urban population with international vision, and creating a high-quality, high-profile community in Hefei.

销售中心的概念设计便以融合精神钟情经典为原点，融合现代的设计手法，突破固有的形体形式，完成与当下情境的交互对话，以更灵动、柔韧的姿态回归自我。

The concept design of the sales center is based on thefusion of the spirit of love classics, blending modern design techniques,breaking through the inherent form of form, completing the interactive dialoguewith the current situation, and returning to the self with a more agile andflexible posture.

本案设计师则试图深度探讨装饰主义在当今时代及地域与文化文脉中的关联性，从光影变化中表现建筑之美，并在岁月的洗涤中愈凸显价值。

The designer of this case tries to deeply explore therelevance of modernism in the current era and the geographical and culturalcontexts, showing the beauty of architecture from the changes of light andshadow, and the more prominent the value in the washing of the years.

空间开阔舒朗、采光充足，被层层绿意包围，自然、光线、声音和空气都成为了此时此刻的补充元素，共同营造宁静、轻松、引人遐思的氛围。

The space is wide open and full of light, surrounded bylayers of greenery. Nature, light, sound and air are the complementary elementsat this moment, creating a calm, relaxing and inspiring atmosphere.
