本案位于广州市花都区，毗邻汽车城板块与广州北站，四通八达的交通网路与群英荟萃的教育资源引领区域未来发展。

Nestling in Huadu District, Guangzhou City and adjacent to the Motown and Guangzhou North Railway Station, the project can capitalize an extensive transportation network and educational resources featuring a pool of talents to lead the future regional development.

/设计解读/

设计团队通过对项目的地域考量，结合活力现代的城市特性及景观示范区打造的全民健身产地，提出“运动”设计主题。

The design team comes up with the design themed "sports" by taking into account the regional factors concerning the project, the dynamic and modern urban characteristics, and the national fitness base in the landscape demonstration area.

空间运用

提炼时尚IP、街头涂鸦、篮球等设计元素，摒弃单一功能需求，呈现充满活力与运动气息的空间，让生命力与艺术兼容。

By extracting fashion IP, street graffiti, basketball and other design elements, plus a shift from the single functional requirements, we present a space full of vitality suggestive of sports, striking a compatibility between vitality and art.

同时用干净的灰白色搭配活力潮酷的的蓝绿色，结合乐兔IP，以材质的混搭与精致的工艺形成一场精心的铺排。

In addition, the marriage of clean grey white and vibrant cool turquoise, plus the floriculture highlighted by a touch of vibrant Orange, an elaborate arrangement is presented featuring the mix-and-match of materials and exquisite craftsmanship.

/艺术空间潮酷之旅/

自然本源

演绎空间律动

背景墙折叠设计形成空间层次与光影效果，结合岩板、水磨石地面等材质，让空间在自由时尚的运动气息中兼具变幻的律动。

The spatial layers and changing lighting effects brought about by the folding design of background wall, coupled with rock slab, terrazzo ground and other materials, enable the space to take on a changing rhythm amidst the free, fashionable sporty atmosphere.

金属乐兔IP与展示橱窗篮球、平衡车的设计呼应“运动”主题，以鲜活的生命力吸引人们奔赴一场自然本源的沉浸式体验之旅。

The Metal Rabbit IP, the display window basketball, and balance car are designed to echo the theme of “sports”, arousing in people an aspiration to a natural and immersive experience with fresh vitality.

不锈钢金属电镀飘带柔和空间本身的结构，刚柔并济，以极强的空间律动渲染“运动”主题。

Skylights allow natural light to flow freely amid the changes of time, echoing with the metal ribbon to form a wonderful change of light and shadow.

天窗让自然光线随着时间变化自由洒落，与金属飘带呼应，形成美妙的光影变幻。

As the stainless steel metal plating ribbon softens the structure of the space, the combination of hardness and softness accentuates the theme of “sports” with a strong spatial rhythm.

洽谈区墙面用个性鲜明的街头涂鸦丰富设计元素。

Abundant design elements are applied to the wall space of the negotiation area by the application of distinctive street graffiti.

并将品牌元素融入涂鸦墙，形成独一无二的个性化空间表达，实现街头艺术与品牌、运动、空间的融合。

Brand elements are blended into the graffiti wall to form a unique expression of personalized space, creating a oneness of street art, brand, sports and space.

干净的灰白色皮革沙发，结合编织皮质与皮质布艺拼接抱枕，提升空间质感。

Clean off-white leather sofas, coupled with woven leather and leather fabric stitching pillows, enhance the spatial texture.

合理的空间布局，流畅的空间线条，结合富有光泽感的高精密窗帘材质，实现功能性且不乏艺术气息。

Reasonable spatial layout, smooth spatial lines, and glossy high precision curtain materials ensure the functional role and artistic ethos of the space.

金属纳米喷镀茶几与深色暗纹理渐变地毯，呼应窗帘的灰咖调，丰富空间层次。

Metal Nano-coated coffee table with dark dark-textured gradient carpet match well with the grey coffee tone of the curtain, enriching the spatial hierarchy.

塑造现代新潮

儿童区巨大的蓝绿色金属乐兔的运用，实现空间延续与贯穿。

Huge blue-green metal rabbit is placed in the children's area for the continuity and penetration of the space.

室内以运动玩偶、潮酷玩偶摆件、篮球、绘本等陈列赋予空间童趣，圆滑造型乐兔、圆桌、矮凳等规避安全隐患。

In the room, sports dolls, cool dolls, basketball, picture books and other displays fill the space with childlike interest; with smooth shape happy rabbit, round table, and low stool to defuse the space of safety risks.

橙色为空间注入一抹亮色与无限活力，篮球状吊灯与利落线条搭配，结合墙面几何线条与色块拼接，赋予空间更多想象力。

Orange breathes a bright color and infinite vitality into the space, basketball-shape droplight and neat line collocation, plus metope geometric lines and color block stitching, endow the space with more imagination.

本案融入街头运动元素，差异化打造与IP融合的艺术、活力、潮酷空间，通过空间语言感知生活，释放生命之力与艺术之美。

This project, by incorporating street sports elements, creates an art, vitality and cool space integrated with IP in a differentiated manner, offering a way of perceiving life through spatial language, and unleashing the power of life and unfolding the beauty of art.
