开封曲江新鸥鹏•巴川府位于河南省开封市，毗邻开封府·包公湖与禹王台·繁塔。

Qujiang NewOpen Bachuan Mansion is in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, adjacent to Kaifeng Prefecture Office by Baogong Lake and Po Pagoda in King Yu’s Terrace Park.

如何以设计手法深挖地域内蕴，重现璀璨文明，实现市中心高素质人群与以知识为背景的中高产阶层对品质与艺术的憧憬？

How to use design techniques to dig deep into the regional connotation, reproduce the resplendent civilization, and satisfy the well-educated middle and high class’s yearning for quality and art?

纵观开封迄今4100余年的发展历程，以上承汉唐、下启明清且影响深远的“宋文化”为主题，取“宋城画卷”为灵感，在主题中注入朱砂红。

Based on Kaifeng's 4,100 years of history, the design theme is the Song culture, which inherited the heritage of the Han and Tang Dynasties and deeply influenced the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The inspiration comes from the “Scroll of the Song Capital”. Vermilion is injected into the theme.

借宋代字画、瓷器、建筑、竹编等传统文化，续写古城辉煌，以生动的设计手法，将古代文化与现代手法融合，如梦画境徐徐展开。

Calligraphy and painting, porcelain, architecture, bamboo weaving and other traditional crafts from the Song Dynasty are adopted to continue the glory of this ancient city. Vivid design techniques integrate the ancient culture with our modern life, like a dreamy painting unfolding slowly.

在“书、悦、宾、礼、和”五大空间主题上，以教育为核心、宋朝文化为枢纽，紧扣曲江新鸥鹏教育文化战略，重现开封宋朝文化底蕴。

Based on the five spatial themes: painting, pleasure, hospitality, ceremony, harmony, with education as the core and the Song culture as the pivot, the design closely follows the educational and cultural strategy of Qujiang NewOpen to reproduce the Song Dynasty’s cultural heritage in Kaifeng.

宋画之美，在于简单、含蓄、谦卑而轻柔的艺术态度。水墨晕染的空间里，仿石材砖灰色地板与定制画布局部朱砂红描绘出画卷底色。

The beauty of Song painting lies in its simple, implicit, humble and gentle attitude toward art. In the space of ink and wash, the imitation marble grey floor tiles and the vermilion on the custom-made mural form the background color of the painting.

山水石材结合硬包工艺，勾勒画中景致，如欧阳修“醉翁之意不在酒，在乎山水之间也”的闲适豁达，同时用海鸥表达曲江新欧鹏对访客的欢迎，意境悠然，颇具仙风灵气。

Marble and hard wrapping techniques sketch the landscape in the painting, leisurely and open-minded, as Ouyang Xiu wrote in his prose “The Old Tippler's Pavilion”: it’s not about the wine, but the landscape. The seagulls give visitors a welcome on behalf of Qujiang NewOpen. The artistic conception is carefree, transcendental and spiritual.

贵客待而悦之，贵客礼而待之，以礼之诚，寻觅心灵的依托，以宋城古都为卷轴背景，书写宴宾之情；唯美意境传承宋文化的清雅气韵，予人轻灵、柔美、秀逸之感。

Respected guests are pleased with ceremony. We seek the support of soul with the sincerity of ceremony. The ancient capital of the Song Dynasty is the background of the scroll, on which the wish to entertain guests is depicted. The aesthetic artistic conception inherits the elegant charm of the Song culture, giving people n agile, gentle and graceful feeling.

延承宋代彩绘晕染工艺，壁画朱砂红与餐盘渐变色交相辉映，渲染出生动活泼的意境；墙面对称拼接规整有序，动静结合，刚柔并济。

Using the skill of polishing a colored painting with water, the vermilion on the mural and the gradient shade on the plates add radiance and beauty to each other, creating a lively artistic conception. The spliced wall is symmetrical and orderly, dynamic and static, rigid and soft.

贵客书而和之，文人墨客以宾悦之，以文书之，将宋城画卷隐秘一页页篇章中。乱纹古铜材质与凹面的定制彩绘结合，以画卷为指引，续写宋代文明，烘托古色古香的书阁气息。

Respected guests are pleased with hospitality. Men of letters hid the Scroll of the Song Capital in their writings. Bronze with random patterns and the custom-made concave colored painting follow the scroll and continue the Song Dynasty’s civilization, setting off a quaint scholarly air.

在延用宋城画卷的同时选用鱼骨木地板、木饰面等自然材质，淳朴精细中不乏艺术气息；定制画布与手工编织工艺，带动空间情绪，提升美学感知。

Apart from the Scroll of the Song Capital, natural materials such as fishbone flooring and wood veneer are used, producing an artistic air in simplicity and sophistication. The custom-made canvas and hand-woven crafts drive the spatial mood and enhance the aesthetic perception.

宋代《营造法式》注重空间秩序和法度，空间轮廓规范工整，墙面扇形壁画以简约形式摒弃唐代的华丽，呈现纤秀而整洁的艺术表达。

The Encyclopedia of Architecture in the Song Dynasty stresses spatial order and law. The contours of the space are regular and neat. The fan-shaped mural on the wall abandons the magnificence of the Tang Dynasty and adopts a simple form, presenting a delicate and neat artistic expression.

典雅平整的空间结构是宋代的特质，在此基础上，空间以纯净的色彩契合居住者天真驯良的心性，清新淡雅，尽彰含蓄之美。

An elegant and neat spatial structure is a trait of the Song Dynasty. On this basis, the space uses pure colors to fit the innocent and gentle heart of the occupant. It’s fresh and quietly elegant, bringing out the implicit beauty.

传承宋代审美趣味，转观现代潮流，大屏时代下，英国豪华车品牌宾利历经百年，传承经典，与宋代建筑中的精工细作、尊贵典雅不谋而合。

The Song Dynasty’s aesthetic taste is inherited to appreciate modern trends. Bentley, a British luxury car brand, has inherited classics for 100 years. In the big screen era, it coincides with the exquisite workmanship, dignity and elegance of the Song architecture.

以宾利精雕细琢的匠心为灵感，取豪车完美流线、桃木色饰面、金属镀铬、菱形皮革、蹄形灯等元素演变运用于空间，形成雍容、轻灵且沉静的基调。

Inspired by Bentley's finely crafted originality, the luxury car's perfect streamline, mahogany veneer, chrome-plated metal, diamond leather, hoof lamps and other elements are applied to the space, forming a graceful, agile and tranquil mood.

将豪车内饰优质桃木饰面运用于墙面，与电视柜菱形皮革结合，温润的光泽与质感提升空间品质，呼应设计主题。

The luxury car’s high-quality interior mahogany veneer is applied to the wall, coupled with the diamond leather behind the TV stand. The gentle gloss and texture enhance the quality of space, echoing the design theme.

秉承英伦贵族气质的典雅，实现贵族品牌的传承以及对豪华品质触感的坚持。以贵族般的定制体验，契合中高产投资阶层对品质的追求。

The graces of British nobility are upheld to realize the inheritance of the noble brand and adherence to the luxury touch. The custom-made aristocratic experience fits the middle and high investor class’s pursuit of quality.
