项目背景 /

本项目位于郑州市大学南路与蒋坡街交会处路西绿地溱水小镇·东门坊商业街。东门坊作为区域内唯一的文旅定位的商业街，溱水-东门坊以微旅游与夜经济定义消费模式，将紧密围绕“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”等文旅业态，打造独特的“无邪社”社群体系与商户进行互动营销。

例如以古戏楼为中心引入定制化的爱情场景演艺，与星栖己联合举办国学、礼仪讲堂，通过商业升级打造新密版的”虾尾簋街“，定期与餐饮商户举办“长街宴”等互动体验活动，让郑州市民通过夜游、夜购、夜赏、夜宿等体验，感受全新的文旅商业消费模式。

The project is located at the intersection of Daxue South Road and jiangpo street, Qinshui Town, dongmenfang commercial street, West Greenland, Zhengzhou city. Dongmenfang is the only cultural and tourism oriented commercial street in the region. Qinshui dongmenfang defines the consumption mode with micro tourism and night economy. It will closely focus on the cultural and tourism modes such as "food, housing, transportation, tourism, shopping and entertainment" to create a unique "innocent club" community system and conduct interactive marketing with merchants.

For example, taking the ancient theater as the center, the custom-made love scene performance is introduced, the lecture hall of traditional Chinese culture and etiquette is jointly held with xingqiji, the new secret version of "shrimp tail Street" is created through commercial upgrading, and the interactive experience activities such as "Long Street banquet" are regularly held with catering merchants, so that Zhengzhou citizens can experience overnight travel, night shopping, night appreciation, night stay, etc., and feel the brand-new cultural and tourism business consumption mode.

设计说明 /

老白家正在经营的门店在当地拥有一大批忠实顾客, 是一家以铜锅涮为主，集烧烤、烩面、中餐为一体的融合型餐厅。

新店的原始结构为一托二的模式，经过沟通讨论我们确定了用餐服务流程，一层及门前外摆区域以烩面烧烤中餐为主，二层以铜锅涮为主。

我们把接待、厨房和明档设置在了一层，在二层设置了点炭间、切配间与洗刷间，通过传菜梯将整个出餐与回餐有效衔接起来。一层设置少量散座解决刚需就餐，二层以包间为主满足周边聚餐需求，并在二层设置了散座大厅，散座大厅的上方预留了加建隔层的空间，品牌方可根据后期经营状态在不影响现有结构的情况下，高效便捷的通过加建隔层的方法增加就餐人数。

风格上从品类溯源到老北京铜锅涮，以北京文化元素为创作灵感，营造出京韵文化氛围。

Laobaijia's store has a large number of loyal customers in the local area. It is a fusion restaurant which mainly focuses on copper pot and integrates barbecue, stewed noodles and Chinese food.

The original structure of the new store is a one to two model. After communication and discussion, we determined the dining service process. The first floor and the area in front of the door are mainly stewed noodles, barbecue and Chinese food, and the second floor is mainly copper pot. So we set up the reception, kitchen and mingdang on the first floor, set up the charcoal room, cutting room and washing room on the second floor, and effectively connect the whole meal and return meal through the food ladder. A small number of scattered seats are set on the first floor to meet the just need of dining, while private rooms are set on the second floor to meet the surrounding dining needs. A scattered hall is set on the second floor, and the space for adding a partition is reserved above the scattered hall. The brand can increase the number of diners efficiently and conveniently by adding a partition according to the later business status without affecting the existing structure.

In terms of style, it traces back from the category to the old Beijing copper pot, and takes Beijing cultural elements as the inspiration to create a cultural atmosphere of Beijing charm.
