概念/Concept

—— 勇于开拓的沉浸之旅

A bold immersion journey

旧时，潮汕先辈带着赤子之心远渡重洋、出国谋生，我们称之为“过番”。

先辈们扬起不落的帆，带着向往与追求在巨浪翻涌中前行，这些无不折射出潮汕先辈勇于挑战的冒险精神。

我们通过设计，将这种过番打拼的勇气，转译为一种具有冒险精神的信仰，唤醒年轻一代对前辈的敬重精神，以及对「赢」的永无止境的追求，并提取元素，将其具象化地呈现在空间表达上。

In the olden days, the ancestors of Chaoshan traveled abroad with a heart of gold to make a living, which we call "crossing the ocean".

The pioneers raised their sails, carried their aspirations and pursuits in the midst of huge waves, which all reflected the adventurous spirit of the Chaoshan ancestors who were willing to take challenges.

Through the design, we translate this courage of fighting into a kind of faith with the spirit of adventure, awakening the young generation's respect for their predecessors and the never-ending pursuit of "win", and extracting the elements and presenting them in the spatial expression in a figurative way.

—— 海面与空间的对望

The sea meets the space

狭长的海岸线蜿蜒于汕头，这个城市依海而立、靠海而兴。潮汕先辈们便是沿着这条出海的脉络外出谋生。

本项目坐落于这道前辈过番的海上航线旁，与出海口形成对望。

A long and narrow coastline winds its way through Shantou, a city that was founded and prospered by the sea. The ancestors of Shantou made their living along this sea route.

The project is situated next to this sea route, which was used by our predecessors to cross the sea, and is located opposite to the sea port.

海面上驶过来往的船只，划出深深浅浅的波浪，海浪里承载着勇气与信仰，引导着后来者前行的道路。

我们借由地理位置与空间的呼应，以设计的方式去演绎这种勇气与冒险精神，去贯彻品牌理念，并通过空间传达给顾客，营造一个有温度的、富有文化肌理的交流场所。

Ships passing by on the surface of the sea create deep and shallow waves, which carry courage and faith, guiding the way forward for those who come after them.

By echoing the geographical location and space, we interpret this spirit of courage and adventure through design, implement the brand concept, and convey it to customers through the space, creating a warm and culturally rich communication place.

表达/Expression

—— 通过设计感知精神

Sensing the Spirit through Design

在空间理性数据的处理上，我们将整体动线布局为对角线，形成斜形空间，以此作为对设计概念以及空间场景的回应。

斜形空间搭配大面积的落地玻璃，衔接室内外的空间深度，扩大顾客的自由视野，打造出一个可以捕捉海阔天空的动态视觉景观。

In the treatment of rational spatial data, we lay out the overall dynamic line as a diagonal, forming a diagonal space as a response to the design concept and spatial scene.

The diagonal space with a large area of floor-to-ceiling glass bridges the indoor and outdoor spatial depths, expands the customers' free vision, and creates a dynamic visual landscape that captures the sea and the sky.

打破常规的设计丰富了这片独特境域的场景叙事。波光粼粼的海面能够抚平人们内心的浮躁，静心去感受这片海所发生过的故事、传递出的精神。

The unconventional design enriches the narrative of this unique realm. The shimmering sea surface can soothe people's inner impatience, and they can quietly feel the stories that have happened and the spirit that has been conveyed by the sea.

在门头设计上，我们以创意想法建构立体的异形门面，结合造型独特的迎宾台以及开放式厨房，运用视觉上的互动与表现力，吸引过往客人向内探索的好奇心。

In the design of the entrance, we used creative ideas to construct a three-dimensional shaped facade, combined with a unique welcome desk and open kitchen, using visual interaction and expressive power to attract the curiosity of guests to explore the interior.

我们在门头做了压低处理，以此表达尺度结构上的纵深感，给空间制造一种神秘感，由入口进入室内，是一种由低到高的高低落差设计，给人一种先抑后扬、豁然开朗的落差感，加强了设计的情绪张力与空间的体验性。

The lowering of the front door expresses the depth of the scale structure and creates a sense of mystery in the space. Entering the interior from the entrance, there is a difference in height from low to high, which gives people a sense of first suppression and then elevation, and a sense of openness, which strengthens the emotional tension and spatial experience of the design.

较低的门头给人一种内敛、谦逊的感觉，而较高的室内不仅引导了趣味的游走体验，更能带给人们一种情绪落差，由内敛到澎湃、由低调到冒险，形成一种反差下的和谐，也是对品牌精神的传递。

The lower entrance gives people a sense of introversion and humility, while the higher interior not only guides an interesting wandering experience, but also brings people an emotional fall, from introversion to surging, from low-key to adventurous, forming a kind of harmony under the contrast, which is also the transmission of the brand's spirit.

室内的艺术装置，则是从抽象的元素与精神中提取出实质。

For the interior art installations, we extract the essence from abstract elements and spirits.

我们堆叠石头，打造具有形态美感的艺术装置。堆叠的过程是一种精神积累的过程，它记录着过去，引导着未来，建构出一种如灯塔般的精神指引。

We stack stones to create an art installation with aesthetic forms. The process of stacking is a process of spiritual accumulation, which records the past, guides the future, and constructs a lighthouse-like spiritual guidance.

在材质的选择上，我们依据设计概念的自然属性，挑选石材、玻璃砖、不锈钢作为主要元素进行堆砌。

In terms of material selection, we chose stone, glass brick and stainless steel as the main elements to be stacked according to the natural attributes of the design concept.

海浪具有温和的弧度，我们将不锈钢与曲线设计语言结合，打造一种光影的流动感，与窗外海景相呼应，形成动态的意境。

透光的玻璃砖可以折射光影，是海面波光粼粼的视觉延伸，穿插在具有力量的材质中也能够抹去些许厚重感，为空间增添具有灵气的质感与层次。

The waves have a gentle curvature, so we combined stainless steel with the curved design language to create a sense of light and shadow flow, echoing the seascape outside the window to form a dynamic mood.

Translucent glass bricks can refract light and shadow, is the visual extension of the sparkling sea, interspersed with materials with power can also erase some of the sense of heaviness, for the space to add the texture and layers of the aura.

石材、玻璃砖、不锈钢进行材质元素堆砌

暮色降临，餐厅也开始变得热闹。

Twilight is falling and the restaurant is starting to come alive.

窗外，夕阳洒落于海面，海浪拍打着礁石。这幅海风徐徐、浮光跃金的画被落地窗框住，延伸到室内空间，让这种内敛的自然气息与澎湃的生命力萦绕于内在秩序中，让顾客体会时间的沉淀、勇气的信仰。

Outside the window, the setting sun spills over the sea and the waves lap against the reef. This painting of the sea breeze and floating light is framed by the floor-to-ceiling windows and extends into the interior space, allowing this introverted natural flavor and surging vitality to linger in the inner order, allowing customers to experience the precipitation of time and courageous faith.

—— 构建理性的骨架，让感受不断散发。

从空间的尺度到材质，我们营建了一个具有画意的空间，从中延伸出别样的精神影响。

在空间中，我们感受材质的情绪碰撞，体会具象的空间语言，从中感知食材、场所与精神的联系，唤起当代人对先辈过番的记忆与敬佩，促进不同时代之间的对话。

From the scale of the space to the materials, we have created a pictorial space that extends a different spiritual influence.

In the space, we feel the emotional collision of materials, experience the figurative spatial language, perceive the connection between ingredients, place and spirit, evoke the memory and admiration of the present generation for the past times of our ancestors, and promote the dialog between different eras.
