金地阅千峯项目位于天津，北方历史最悠久的黄河口岸。天津海港之水与黄河交融下形成贵气十足的色泽及质感，是这次售楼中心设计的灵感来源，带给参访者强烈的视觉感受及尊荣感。从大堂开始的纹理强烈的大理石饰面与走廊水波纹地毯点相互呼应，打造出空间独特的律动和丰富的层次。金属，玻璃等反光材质的使用，以光与影的手法，通过不同的表现形式，承载着“水“的意向。

Gemdale is located in Tianjin, the oldest port on the northern region of the Yellow River. The water of the Tianjin Harbour melded harmoniously with the pristine colour and texture of the Yellow River, which was the source of inspiration for the design. The intricately textured marble finishes from the lobby resonated with the watery ripples as depicted on the corridor carpet design, creating a rhythmic space that is unique and richly layered. The use of reflective materials, such as metal and glass, brings out the qualities of “water” through different forms of expression with its play on lights and shadows.
