本项目位于郑州，临近国际金融中心和卢森堡签证中心，拟建“现代欧洲艺术馆主题”售楼处，以文化融合、时空多维和整体连通为设计理念。

This project is located in Zhengzhou, near the International Finance Center and the Luxembourg Visa Center. It is planned to build a "Modern European Art Museum Theme" sales office, with the design concepts of cultural integration, multi-dimensional space and overall connectivity.

卢森堡有“千堡之国”之称，提取古堡中几何曲线的元素进行现代极简演绎，方案设计打造郑州—卢森堡“空中丝绸之路”

Luxembourg is known as the "Country of Thousand Forts". The elements of the geometric curve in the ancient castle are extracted for modern minimalist interpretation.

通过阵列重组，让卢森堡“千堡之国”的国家特色，融入到现代主义中几何曲线的巧妙运用让卢森堡标志性的古堡形象融入到极简主义中。

Through array reorganization, the national characteristics of Luxembourg's "Country of Thousand Forts" are integrated into the clever use of geometric curves in modernism, and Luxembourg's iconic image of the castle is integrated into minimalism.

前厅 / 窗含千秋

设计师巧妙运用整体空间光线条件，天花板的光源给下面来往的人一种梦幻、美的感受，侧面亚克力的光源映照在对面墙上悬挂的圆形画幅，画幅多面切割金属装置折射出多层次的光影变化。整体空间通过两个方向的光源，表达出三维空间的光影之美。

The designer cleverly used the overall light conditions of the space. The light source on the ceiling gave people underneath a dreamy and beautiful feeling. The acrylic light source on the side reflected the circular frame hanging on the opposite wall. The multi-faceted cutting surface metal device refracted multiple layers. Light and shadow changes. The whole space expresses the beauty of light and shadow in three dimensions through light sources in two directions.

通过聚合一个元素，可以创造出无限的灯光组合，成为环境的焦点。

大面积玻璃幕墙前节律的纤细吊灯弦杆，不动声色的优雅自几何与数学的理性严谨中表露出来。

There are rhythmic slender strings under the large-area glass curtain wall, and the calm elegance is revealed from the rigor of the rationality of geometry and mathematics.

沙盘区 / 空中丝路

中间画芯提取代表性的卢森堡宫的建筑剪影，采用 3D抽象工艺，不同角度反射不同画面，起到文化融合和层次观感的吸睛效果。

The middle drawing core extracts the architectural silhouette of the representative Luxembourg Palace, adopts 3D abstract technology, and reflects different pictures at different angles.

洽谈区 / 千堡之韵

洽谈区运用贯通式的设计，有拉长人视觉的感受，使得整体空间通透大气，并充分利用落地窗进行采光，更加明亮。

The negotiation area uses a penetrating design, which lengthens the human visual experience, making the overall space transparent to the atmosphere, and making full use of floor-to-ceiling windows for lighting, making it brighter.

矩形格纹地毯，丝绒材质的沙发椅，造型独特的照明灯，令空间更加灵动。在彰显沉稳大气的同时，又不失活力感，旨在让客户拥有愉快氛围的洽谈环境。

Rectangular rugs, sofas made of velvet, and unique lighting make the space more agile.While showing a calm atmosphere, without losing a sense of vitality, the aim is to provide customers with a pleasant atmosphere for negotiation.

签约区 / 时空多维

签约收银室在硬装呈矩形的基础上，使得空间拥有对称性，蓝色调几何建筑装饰画，设计前卫，又不失稳重，拥有高级感的咖啡色系作为墙面主色调，几何线条的地毯，各处都体现设计的用心之处。

The signing cash register room is based on the rectangular shape of the hard decoration, which makes the space have symmetry, blue-tone geometric architectural decorative painting, avant-garde design, yet stable, high-quality brown color as the main color of the wall, and the carpet with geometric lines , Embody the intention of design everywhere.

茶几台面似晨雾环绕着青山，远处古堡的砖墙化为底座，最打动人心的要数那些砖石结构的艺术琉璃画，吸引着众人的视线直线上升。

The coffee table is surrounded by green hills in the morning mist, and the brick walls of the ancient castle in the distance are turned into bases. The most touching thing is the art glass paintings of the masonry structure, which attracts everyone's attention.
