本案坐落于西安沣东新城，建筑面积200㎡，复式结构，风格氛围倾向于现代，入户玄关的半圆弧形环绕艺术品陈列，预示马到成功,一层规划为动区，二层静区，露台不做封闭式处理，铺设防腐木，平时休闲娱乐，享受户外美好时光，因为考虑居住人口为4口人，偶尔老人过来小住，二层的挑空区封闭了，多出来一间卧室和二层副厅，接下来一起来看看吧~

The case is located in Xi'an Fengdong new city,With a building area of 200 ㎡, it is a duplex structure, and the style atmosphere tends to be modern. The semi-circular arc of the entrance hall surrounds the art display, indicating a quick successThe first floor is planned to be a moving area and the second floor is a quiet area. The terrace is not closed. It is paved with antiseptic wood. It is usually used for leisure and entertainment. It is a good time to enjoy the outdoors. Considering that the resident population is 4 people, the elderly occasionally come to stay. The empty area on the second floor is closed. There is an extra bedroom and the auxiliary hall on the second floor. Let's have a look~
