好食材，是日甜，和全世界一样，汉字的甜，也用于表达喜悦和幸福的感觉，因为人类的舌尖最先感受到的就是甜。作为彬妈的粉丝，设计师对于彬妈糖水的喜爱和了解，赋予更多的设计理解——这是一碗带着儿时记忆的广州糖水。

Good ingredients are sweet every day. Like the world, the sweetness of Chinese characters is also used to express the feeling of joy and happiness, because the tip of human tongue first feels sweetness. As a fan of binma, the designer's love and understanding of binma's sugar water gives more design understanding - this is a bowl of Guangzhou sugar water with childhood memory.

“味”字的定义和感知，起源于饮食，又超越饮食。除了舌之所品和鼻之所嗅，还包括成长的回忆及妈妈的厨艺。如何在糖水浸润食客的味蕾之前，唤醒食客关于儿时糖水的味道，是设计师思考的出发点。

The definition and perception of the word "taste" originates from diet and goes beyond diet. In addition to the taste of the tongue and the smell of the nose, it also includes the memories of growing up and my mother's cooking. How to awaken the taste of childhood sugar water before it infiltrates the taste buds of diners is the starting point for designers to think.

项目位于珠江新城CBD繁华商城，常年人流量巨大，设计师根据业主的诉求和彬妈糖水的品牌定位进行升级设计，前台的位置包含设计师在疫情之下的思考，充分顾及客人下单和打包的便利。

The project is located in the CBD bustling mall of Zhujiang New Town, with a huge flow of people for many years. The designer upgrades the design according to the demands of the owner and the brand positioning of binma sugar water. The position of the front desk includes the designer's thinking under the epidemic situation, and fully takes into account the convenience of guests' ordering and packaging.

候客区的设计，既不占用公共通道，也为往来的行人和排队的客人提供一个驻足小歇的座位。桌子的摆放，则可以解放消费者提着众多购物袋的双手。

The design of the waiting area not only does not occupy the public passage, but also provides a stop seat for pedestrians and queuing guests. The placement of the table can liberate consumers' hands holding many shopping bags.

根据品牌logo而设计的门把手，成为品牌延伸的设计细节。门窗的玻璃承担空间内外的过渡的作用。

The door handle designed according to the brand logo has become an insignificant design detail. The glass of doors and windows plays the role of transition inside and outside the space.

根据业主的喜好增加绿植吊钟之后，设计师重新调整方案，以期在业主满意度和空间调性之间找到最佳平衡点。

After the green plant hanging bell is added according to the owner's preference, the designer readjusts the scheme in order to find the best balance between the owner's satisfaction and spatial tonality.

吊灯上金属的黄铜色，极为克制的回应当下的商业氛围。繁体手写木牌菜单，木桌椅的触感和肌理，组成了一种普通而亲切的日常，和置于都市背景下的陌生。

The brass color of the metal on the chandelier is extremely restrained in response to the current business atmosphere. The traditional handwritten wooden card menu, the touch and texture of wooden tables and chairs constitute an ordinary and friendly daily, and an unfamiliar place in the urban background.

糖水是通过味觉蓓蕾的方式唤起人们记忆，而空间通过组织明与暗，粗糙与细腻，明艳与低饱和，清晰和朦胧共同对比塑造着空间的氛围。将人们内心的那丝丝共性记忆剥离出来，通过重新的组织，重现回忆里的片刻悸动。

Sugar water evokes people's memory by means of taste buds, and space shapes the atmosphere of space by organizing light and dark, rough and delicate, bright and low saturation, clear and hazy. Peel off the trace of common memory in people's hearts, and reproduce the moment throbbing in memories through re organization.

墙壁上漫射的灯光，将人的视线引向老物件，CD不需要转动，来自香港黄金年代的的歌声，便已穿越，在脑海轻唱。

The diffuse light on the wall leads people's attention to the old objects. The CD does not need to rotate. The songs from the golden age of Hong Kong have passed through and sung in their mind.
