大平层的居住属性与生活追求之中，空间尺度暗含诸多隐喻，它是可以让人在视觉反馈里看到内心所想的“桃花源”。也是一种静雅叠合的场景构图。在武汉这座繁华都市的缝隙里，一隅不过度的空间反而更贴近心灵深处。

The attributes of living in a bungalow and life pursuits imply many metaphors in the spatial scale, allowing one to see in visual feedback what the heart desires, akin to the "Peach Blossom Spring." It also represents a composition of serene layers of scenes. In the gaps of this bustling city of Wuhan, a modest space rather resonates closer to the depths of the soul.

“居住的最高境界，是让空间成为心灵的镜像”。而武汉宸嘉100·嘉佰道的大平层里源于设计师对生活本质的思考，继而在中村好文的《住宅读本》中找寻“居心地”的概念，在家里，如果能够拥有属于自己珍贵的、良好的愉悦，我想，在这样的空间里，是一件极为重要的事情。

Kengo Kuma, a Japanese architect, once stated, "The highest realm of habitation is to make space a mirror of the soul." In the grand penthouses of Chengjia 100 · Jiabai Dao in Wuhan, the design originates from the designer's reflections on the essence of life, as well as their exploration of the unique aesthetic imagery and cultural connotations of "dianjing" (a decorative element technique) in traditional Chinese landscape painting—an exploration that resonates with the philosophical thoughts of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism in ancient China.

真正的奢侈，是让空间拥有呼吸感。生存美学是有以“关怀自身”为核心建立起来的，同时又是对生活的一种参禅论道，或“坐忘”、“卧游”、“畅神”寄情意趣的栖居之地。

True luxury lies in endowing a space with a sense of breathability. The aesthetics of existence is built around the core of "caring for oneself"; at the same time, it serves as a dwelling place that allows for contemplation on life’s essence (in a manner akin to Chan Buddhist practice), or a haven where one can embody the refined sentiments of "zuowang" (the Daoist state of forgetting the self through stillness), "woyou" (mentally wandering through landscapes while reclining), and "changshen" (liberating the spirit to attain joy).

在极简的框架下，细节成为情感的触点

当我们对看似寻常的事物，用艺术的眼光来评判，以审美的情怀来灌注，身不为物累，心不涉物欲，实现精神自由和心灵自适，这才是理想的生活境界。

When we judge seemingly ordinary things with an artistic perspective, infuse them with an aesthetic sensibility, free our bodies from being burdened by material possessions, keep our minds from being entangled in material desires, and ultimately achieve spiritual freedom and inner ease—this is the ideal realm of life

把艺术向下拉，把生活向上拉，空间不再是物理的围合，而是精神的延展。它可以是清晨的冥想场、午后的图书馆、夜晚的私人美术馆，甚至是深夜与自己对话的哲学角落。

Pull art down to meet life, and lift life up to embrace art. Space is no longer a physical enclosure, but an extension of the spirit. It can be a meditation spot at dawn, a library in the afternoon, a private art gallery at night, or even a philosophical nook for conversing with oneself in the late hours.

人对真、善、美的追崇，是精神上的满足，它最能充盈躁动不安的心灵。一个懂得审美的人，就不止是生存，而是在生活了。当艺术不在被悬挂，而是融入生活本身，将抽象的生活憧憬转化为可触摸的设计语言。

Human pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty is a form of spiritual fulfillment—it is what best nourishes a restless soul. A person who understands aesthetics does not merely exist, but truly lives. When art is no longer confined to being hung (on walls) and instead merges into life itself, it transforms abstract life aspirations into tangible design language.

空间不再是物理的围合，而是精神的延展

真正的奢侈，不是面积的数字，而是心灵的自由度。在这里，居住者终于可以卸下社会的角色，回归最本真的自己。

True luxury lies not in the number that represents square footage, but in the freedom of one’s soul. Here, residents can finally shed their social roles and return to their truest selves.

有了审美，生活才不至于无味，它既是对理想生活的追求，也是对自我生命价值的追寻。真正的奢侈不在于尺度，而在于每寸空间都盛满情感浓度。当居者指尖拂过书房里那本带有生活美学的书籍，触摸的不仅是大地肌理，更是这座城市百万年的记忆封存。

With aesthetics, life is no longer dull. Aesthetics is not only the pursuit of an ideal life, but also the quest for the value of one’s own life. True luxury does not lie in scale, but in every inch of space being filled with emotional depth. When the resident runs their fingers over that book on life aesthetics in the study, what they touch is not only the texture of the earth, but also the preserved memory of this city spanning millions of years.

当城市在窗外奔流不息，此刻生活的时光却仿佛被精心拉长。居者在此拾获的不仅是栖身之所，更是心灵与空间的深度共鸣。

As the city bustles endlessly beyond the window, the moments of life at this very instant seem to be carefully stretched out. What residents gain here is not merely a place to live, but a profound resonance between their souls and the space.
