时移飞快，世易转眼，历史的长河里人们微若浮尘，而能历久弥新的除了亘古不变的真理，还有那关于古老技艺的继承与演绎，那一份将旧时精髓不断传承下去的执着初心，新万鑫便是这样一家立足银丝面制作技艺、面向现代消费场景的非物质文化遗产老字号。

Time flies swiftly, and the world changes in the blink of an eye. In the long river of history, people are like mere specks of dust. What endures through the ages, apart from the unchanging truths, are the inheritance and interpretation of ancient skills—the steadfast original intention to continuously pass down the essence of old times. Xinwanxin is precisely such an establishment, rooted in the craft of making silver thread noodles and oriented towards modern consumer contexts, a time-honored brand of intangible cultural heritage.

项目落址于江苏省无锡市梁溪区西部的惠山古镇，一个在恢弘文化脉潭与绝美自然风光中孕育出无限可能的名胜之地。如同那一座座留下时光印记的古建，新万鑫面馆居于其中，也以回归本真的简单与执着去做那一碗“洁白如银、面细如丝、柔软滑爽、汤鲜味美”的银丝面，从建筑内外观感到餐的“面、汤、哨、热”来探索传统美食文化于当下的发展路径。

The project is located in Huishan Ancient Town, in the western part of Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province—a place of scenic beauty and grand cultural heritage, where endless possibilities are nurtured. Like the ancient buildings that bear the marks of time, Xinwanxin Noodles is situated here, embracing simplicity and dedication to craft bowls of "silvery white, fine as thread, soft and smooth, with fresh and tasty broth" silver thread noodles. From the architectural aesthetics to the culinary details of the "noodles, broth, condiments, and heat," it explores the development path of traditional food culture in the contemporary context.

从一袋面粉到一间茶舍再到一家面店，百年时间里新万鑫银丝面馆从街边一隅到发展壮大，除了蕴含于老字号本身的精气神外，更离不开对消费市场的洞察与把握。令历史文化与空间艺术交融，为传统技艺还原最初味道，新万鑫银丝面馆惠山古镇店便在保留文化的同时探索新生，将新与旧一种独特的方式结合，最终完成这一兼具地方特色与温馨舒适的美食空间。

From a bag of flour to a tea house and then to a noodle shop, over a century, Xinwanxin Noodles has grown from a small street corner to a thriving business. Beyond the essence and spirit inherent in its time-honored brand, its success also owes much to insights into and grasp of the consumer market. Merging historical culture with spatial art to restore the original flavors of traditional crafts, the Xinwanxin Noodles at Huishan Ancient Town explores renewal while preserving culture. It combines the old and new in a unique way, ultimately creating a dining space that embodies both local charm and cozy comfort.

旧忆向暖

Warm Memories of the Past

古镇老街悠长，屋瓦青苔明窗。天光树影下，灰瓦木饰妥帖，在橙黄光色中散发暖意，而金属与木饰穿插，与通透玻璃与银白logo共同交织出伶俐的现代气息。暖光纵横间，与光色穿插一碗洁白氤氲的银丝面传递出心中暖意，构成一家面馆的全部印象。

The old street of the ancient town stretches long, with rooftops adorned by green moss and bright windows. Beneath the daylight and tree shadows, the gray tiles and wood decorations are neatly arranged, radiating warmth in the amber light. The interplay of metal and wood, along with the clear glass and silvery white logo, weaves a clever modern vibe. Amidst the warm light, a bowl of silvery white, misty noodles conveys a heartfelt warmth, forming the complete impression of the noodle house.

木色天光，古香旧墙，粗粝的青石板地面引步向前。银丝线面悬挂工坊之内，档口餐牌缀于青墙之上，历史与文化的气息飘然其间，记忆中的味道经由长长线面与水汽银丝漾开，藉此开启一段旧时无锡的美食之旅。

Wood-toned daylight, fragrant ancient walls, and the rugged bluestone floor lead the way forward. Inside the workshop where silver thread noodles hang, the stall's menu is adorned on the blue walls, with the aura of history and culture floating in the air. Memories of flavors unfold through the long noodles and the shimmering steam, thus initiating a culinary journey into old Wuxi.

银色拉丝金属极具现代韵律，设计以方桌纵墙展现工厂利落质感，而木椅朴拙，与高低错落柜体共谋比对张力。玻璃窗外墙面古旧，木饰细节仿江南建筑形制，入口与就餐过渡就在这新老交错的视觉冲突中完成。

The silver metallic finish exudes a modern rhythm, with the factory's crisp texture presented along the wall by square tables. The simple wooden chairs and the staggered arrangement of cabinets create a contrasting tension. Outside the glass windows, the walls are ancient, and the wooden details mimic the architectural style of Jiangnan. The transition from entrance to dining is completed amidst this visual conflict of old and new.

古意新装

Old Charm, New Style

灰白墙面内外相和，而梁柱屋瓦斑驳，陈旧雕花与木纹饰面相得益彰，老无锡的清雅韵味就在建筑与空间的线面纵横间表展现得淋漓尽致。

The harmony between the grey and white walls inside and out contrasts with the mottled beams, columns, and roof tiles. The aged carvings and wood grain finishes complement each other, fully displaying the refined charm of old Wuxi through the architectural and spatial lines and surfaces.

置身其中，人字天花造型作江南斜顶之态，而体块穿插交错书写现代动感。动静之间，新老相对，错落融合为一体，尽情表现出古老记忆于今日生活的超越与和谐，带来一碗面的老味道。

Immersed in the setting, the herringbone ceiling adopts the slanting roof style of the Jiangnan region, while the interlocking blocks create a sense of modern dynamism. Between motion and stillness, the old and new contrast yet blend seamlessly, vividly expressing the transcendence and harmony of ancient memories in contemporary life. This ambiance sets the stage for a bowl of noodles with a taste of the past.

若爱热闹，不妨落座居中，遍览牌匾字画，看尽人间烟火。若喜宁静则可偏居窗前，看旧时庭院、暮色疏光于通透玻璃外作感怀逝去之态。

If you enjoy the hustle and bustle, consider sitting in the center to take in the plaques and calligraphy, observing the lively world around you. If you prefer tranquility, you might choose a seat by the window to gaze upon the old courtyard and the dimming light through the clear glass, reflecting on the passage of time.

可饱腹也可怡情，于面馆之中，看一碗面的生长沉浮，便可感时间与人生之事可大可小，而餐饭与此刻珍贵，需得沉心把握，方可透过那缕缕香气看透过去与未来的因果……

In the noodle house, one can satisfy hunger and uplift the spirit by observing the rise and fall of a bowl of noodles. It shows that matters of time and life can be both significant and trivial. The meal and the moment are precious, requiring careful attention. Only then can one perceive, through the wafts of aroma, the causes and effects of the past and future...
