第一章 /山腰赏景

把风景一半留于欣赏

一半留于期待

新昌气质闲暇，静卧在群山之间，肩负着多少人对归隐向往的期望。在这里，住宅已经不再只是简单的居所，更是人们对美好生活的追求。

Xinchang has a leisurely temperament, lying quietly among the mountains, shouldering the expectations of many people yearning for seclusion. Here, housing is no longer just a simple residence, but also people's pursuit of a better life.

我们以东方文化为起点，希望将新昌山水的灵感，通过诗意而具体的表达，与周围的环境融为一体。

Starting from the oriental culture, we hope to integrate the inspiration of Xinchang landscape with the surrounding environment through poetic and concrete expression.

首层入口的设计巧妙地将城市的嘈杂与庭院分隔开，为人们提供了一处过渡的空间。步入通透的大堂，仿佛穿越城市的喧嚣，身临其境地感受到一种特殊的宁静。

The ground floor entrance is designed to subtly separate the noise of the city from the courtyard, providing a transitional space. Stepping into the transparent lobby, it is as if you have walked through the hustle and bustle of the city, and you can feel a special kind of tranquility in the scene.

通过精妙地运用影木的纹理，巧妙地模拟出山水的流动感，使整个空间仿佛被大自然的动感所充实。

Through the subtle use of the texture of shadow wood, the flow of the landscape is cleverly simulated, and the whole space seems to be enriched with the movement of nature.

灰紫色的调性成为空间的主导，深沉而神秘。仿佛置身于李白夜游天姥山的诗意世界中，巧妙地增强了整个空间的神秘感。

The gray-purple tone becomes the dominant tone of the space, deep and mysterious. It is as if you are in the poetic world of Li Bai's night tour of Tianmu Mountain, which subtly enhances the mystery of the whole space.

玉石的贵气和光泽感巧妙地融入其中，为空间营造了一种神秘而又高贵的山川氛围。这些元素巧妙地连接成一段完整的空间故事，让人仿佛能够感受到山水之美，体味夜色之神秘，沉醉在高雅宁静的氛围之中。

The luxury and luster of jade are skillfully integrated into it, creating a mysterious and noble mountain atmosphere for the space. These elements are cleverly connected into a complete spatial story, making people feel the beauty of the landscape, appreciate the mystery of the night, and indulge in an elegant and tranquil atmosphere.

第二章 /山顶亭歇

亭者，停也。

人所停集也。

二层洽谈区独具山顶闲亭的情趣，以解构的手法展现亭台的建构。空间中巧妙融合了穿插的木梁，形成丰富的层次感。

The negotiation area on the second floor has the unique interest of a hilltop pavilion, showing the construction of the pavilion in a deconstructive way. The space is cleverly integrated with interspersed wooden beams to form a rich sense of layering.

西侧沿窗的卡座则灵感来自亭榭中的“美人靠”，以现代演绎的方式呈现。这不仅丰富了空间的设计元素，也赋予了整体布局更加独特的艺术性。

The booth along the window on the west side is inspired by the "beauty leaning" in the pavilion and is presented in a modern way. This not only enriches the design elements of the space, but also gives the overall layout a more unique artistic character.

一面拥有壁炉的温暖墙，为整个区域注入了宜人的氛围，创造了一个谈笑煮茶的场景，将人们从繁忙的城市中带入一片宁静之地，在这个闹中取静的环境中，我们试图展示一些别样的生活姿态。

A warm wall with a fireplace injects a pleasant atmosphere into the whole area, creating a scene of talking and laughing and making tea, bringing people from the busy city to a place of tranquility, in which we try to show some different attitudes of life.

曲径通幽的茶室设置不仅增加了空间的趣味，更提升了整体氛围。这一系列设计巧妙地融合传统与现代，使二层洽谈区成为一个兼具山水意趣和现代演绎的独特空间。

The winding tea room not only adds to the interest of the space, but also enhances the overall atmosphere. This series of designs skillfully blends tradition and modernity, making the second-floor negotiation area a unique space with a contemporary interpretation.

第三章 /山底驿站

开城邀好客，

置酒赏清秋。

新昌地势多山，人们以山为靠山、欣赏山、崇尚山。走至山脚，仿佛接近虚无，接近自我。

The terrain of Xinchang is mountainous, and people take the mountain as the backing, appreciate the mountain, and advocate the mountain. Walking to the foot of the mountain, it seems to be close to nothingness, close to self.

越是富有意趣的部分，往往隐藏得越深，建筑的一部分巧妙地藏于地下，我们将其设计成为重要的功能区域，定义建筑的山脚部分为另一重入口，入口处水光交映，呈现出超越日常意象的美景。

The more interesting the part, the deeper it is hidden, and a part of the building is cleverly hidden underground, and we have designed it as an important functional area, defining the foot of the building as another entrance, where the water and light are intertwined, presenting a beautiful scenery that transcends everyday imagery.

踏入其中，高耸的空间与地下印象形成鲜明反差。几道精致的屏段巧妙围合，再次带来场景的巧妙转变，将里弄的市井观念抽象化。进入后，光影交错，丰富而充实的感受成为吸引视线的焦点。

Stepping inside, the towering space contrasts sharply with the impression of the underground. Several delicate screen segments are cleverly enclosed, bringing about the ingenious transformation of the scene again, and abstracting the concept of the market in the alley. Upon entering, light and shadow intertwine, and a rich and fulfilling feeling becomes the focus of attention.

大面积的玉石自户外延伸至前厅背景，灯光的点缀使玉石更显灵气。半透明的夹丝玻璃悬浮在空间中，呈现出一种犹抱琵琶的趣味，给整体设计增添了一份神秘而优雅的氛围。

A large area of jade extends from the outdoors to the background of the front room, and the embellishment of lights makes the jade more aura. Translucent laminated glass is suspended in the space, presenting a kind of fun like holding a pipa, adding a mysterious and elegant atmosphere to the overall design.

在洽谈和沙盘区，我们巧妙地利用空间结构，仅以半高屏风遮挡，并结合吊顶上的镜面设置，成功减轻了地下空间的压抑感。此外，空间中引入多处山石，使整体氛围生动起来，为空间增添了一份生气和自然的元素。

In the negotiation and sand table area, we cleverly used the spatial structure, only covered by half-height screens, and combined with the mirror setting on the ceiling, we successfully reduced the sense of oppression in the underground space. In addition, a number of rocks are introduced into the space to liven up the overall atmosphere, adding a vibrant and natural element to the space.

精选稳重而又富有品质感的家具，强调整体的宁静与高雅。这不仅使空间呈现出稳重庄重的特质，更凸显了空间的高品位与独特魅力。

The selection of stable and high-quality furniture emphasizes the overall tranquility and elegance. This not only makes the space present a stable and solemn character, but also highlights the high grade and unique charm of the space.

将传统元素及自然意境与现代设计融合，在空间中注入自然与想象。

Integrate traditional elements and natural artistic conception with modern design, and inject nature and imagination into the space.

卫生间区域是一片静谧的空间气韵，设计让它隐于山水之色，外部空间通过镜面倒映融入空间之中，保证私密性的同时兼具通透。

The bathroom area is a tranquil space designed to hide in the color of the landscape, and the exterior space is reflected in the mirror, ensuring privacy and transparency.

穿梭于繁忙的都市生活，我们习惯了步履不停，大步向前，如何在物质与精神之间找到一种平衡，似乎变得遥不可及，学会感受生命的本身，远远比为不重要事物困扰更重要。隐身于繁华都市的静谧之所让你看得见心的宁静，遇见生命本真。
