余姚，历史文化名城，曾经是中国越窑青瓷的主要生产地，在城市的发展中，青瓷文化占据了非常重要的地位，被称为“浙东心上的一颗翠色明珠”，映翠晓园作为姚城定标之作，我们用“翠”打造精奢的生活，让灵动的“翠意”流淌。

Yuyao, a famous historical and cultural city, was once the main production area of China's Yue kiln celadon, in the development of the city, celadon culture occupies a very important position, known as "a jade pearl in the heart of eastern Zhejiang", Yingcui Xiaoyuan as the work of Yaocheng calibration, we use "cui" to create a luxurious life, so that the smart "cuiyi" flows.

如果用一种颜色来形容余姚那一定是“翠”，在映翠晓园售楼处的设计理念中，我们用设计语言勾勒城市翠意处的诗意生活肌理，通过精心的空间优化，打造一个兼具品质和舒适度的美学空间。

If you use a color to describe Yuyao, it must be "cui", in the design concept of Yingcui Xiaoyuan sales office, we use the design language to outline the poetic life texture of the city's cuiyi, through careful space optimization, to create an aesthetic space with both quality and comfort.

初入售楼处，映入眼帘的便是悬挂在吊顶上的“行云流水”艺术造型，盈盈流水，姚江风采。生活在这里的人们，有着灵动的水漾记忆。我们捕捉水波的艺术姿态，藉由自然光影与建材纹理，以水灵动的曲线赋予艺术的张力贯穿空间。

When you first enter the sales office, what catches your eye is the artistic shape of "flowing clouds and flowing water" hanging on the ceiling, with flowing water and Yaojiang style. The people who live here have vivid memories of the water. We capture the artistic gesture of water waves, through natural light and shadow and the texture of building materials, and use the flexible curves of water to give artistic tension throughout the space.

空间的精神与人文意境，侍奉时间留下的痕迹。设计透过材质的具体演绎，将空间整体统一，茶几仿造稻田波涛摇曳之态，营造舒适自然的氛围，形成场域的情感共鸣。

The spirit and humanistic conception of the space, the traces left by the service time. Through the specific interpretation of materials, the design unifies the space as a whole, and the coffee table imitates the swaying state of the rice field, creating a comfortable and natural atmosphere and forming the emotional resonance of the field.

在整个售楼处设计的材料运用上，软装材质以皮质为主，着重体现空间的品质感与实用性，硬装在空间色彩中整体以浅色为主，引入了高贵的进口材料，如绿翡翠、白雪公主玉石和液态金属，巧妙点缀整个室内，质感十足且富有人文格调。

In the use of materials in the design of the entire sales office, the soft decoration materials are mainly leather, focusing on the quality and practicality of the space, and the hard decoration is mainly light colors in the color of the space, and the noble imported materials are introduced, such as green jade, Snow White jade and liquid metal, which cleverly embellish the entire interior, full of texture and rich in humanistic style.

在架空层，自然的植物轻柔地蔓延，如同外界的一抹清新翠意与内部的景观融为一体，勾勒出一幅翠绿的画卷。墙面和地面大面积运用进口意大利大理石和仿洞石砖，深浅的变化为整个空间增加了层次，从而提升整体的尊崇感，使归家成为一场独特的体验，在翠意的环绕中沉醉其中。

In the overhead layer, natural plants gently spread, like a touch of fresh verdant from the outside world, blending with the interior landscape to outline a verdant picture. The walls and floors are made of imported Italian marble and travertine tiles, and the changes in depth add layers to the whole space, thereby enhancing the overall sense of reverence, making returning home a unique experience, and indulging in it surrounded by greenery.

映翠晓园以空间为画布，运用色彩、线条、形状的灵活组合，营造出简约而不失内涵、奢华而不庸俗的大堂场景，以“翠之调”形成翠色意趣的人居想象。
