We absorb the local culture of Jiaxing,blend regional charm with modern aesthetics.With the poetry of the Orient hidden,in response to the expansiveness of modernism,presenting a calm and natural Shanghai-style oriental temperament.

步入售楼处，在这里可以感受到人、城市与自然间的深厚联系。在设计上，巧妙融合东方礼仪文化，以细腻的笔触勾勒出兼具仪式感与人文温度的空间氛围。

Walking into the sales office, you can feel the deep connection between people, the city and nature. In terms of design, it cleverly integrates oriental etiquette and culture, and outlines a space atmosphere with both a sense of ceremony and humanistic temperature with delicate brushstrokes.

镂空的金属纹理，如江南水乡的小桥与格扇，诉说着烟雨廊桥下的悠然岁月。

翠绿大理石纹，宛如南湖碧波在阳光下荡漾，流露出自然的灵动与深情。丰富的材质肌理与层次，为空间赋予流动的序列感，既彰显现代美学，又暗含东方意蕴。

The hollow metal texture, such as the small bridge and lattice fan in the water town in the south of the Yangtze River, tells the leisurely years under the Yanyu Covered Bridge.

The emerald green marble pattern is like the blue waves of the South Lake rippling in the sun, revealing the natural agility and affection. The rich material texture and layers give the space a sense of flowing sequence, which not only highlights the modern aesthetics, but also implies the oriental connotation.

大型花艺作品《嘉禾》是在草长莺飞的春天里，与秋日的约定。黄金果、竹子、蝴蝶兰作为花材，将作品的气韵向外衍生，赋予项目庭盈福瑞的美好寓意。

The large-scale floral work "Golden Harvest" is an appointment with autumn in the spring when the grass grows and the warbler flies. Golden fruit, bamboo, and phalaenopsis are used as flower materials, deriving the charm of the work outward, giving the project a beautiful meaning of Ting Ying Furui.

我们打造了一个全新的水吧模式，在这里，品茗与咖啡成为一种全新的社交方式，唤醒了人们对国潮茶文化的记忆。

We have created a new water bar model, where tea and coffee have become a new way to socialize, awakening people's memories of the national tide tea culture.

随着时间流转，空间被赋予了多重功能使命。在看似简约的布局中，隐藏着代表秩序与美感的线条语言。洽谈区以独立而包容的姿态自成一体，水吧与沙盘分列入口两端，形成动静分明的空间格局。

With the passage of time, the space has been given a multi-functional mission. In the seemingly simple layout, there is a line language that represents order and beauty. The negotiation area is self-contained with an independent and inclusive attitude, and the water bar and the sand table are divided into two ends of the mouth, forming a spatial pattern with clear movement and static.

书香氤氲，思想流淌。在温暖的灯光下，思绪跟随目光，在字里行间中展开一段新的旅途。

Books are fragrant, and thoughts are flowing. Under the warm light, the mind follows the gaze and starts a new journey between the lines.

OPEN TERRACE

架空层以“全龄无界社交”为核心理念，打造“有温度的空间，有内容的生活”的共享场域。为不同年龄段的居者提供了对话、交流与共创的空间，让社区生活焕发出温暖与活力，成为连接人与人、人与生活的美好桥梁。

The overhead layer takes "all-age unbounded socialization" as the core concept,create a shared field of "space with temperature, life with content".It provides a space for dialogue, communication and co-creation for residents of different ages,let the community life glow with warmth and vitality become a beautiful bridge connecting people and people, people and life.

繁忙的工作之余，漫步于艺术品展览区，柔和的米色调与木质材质，为空间赋予静谧而包容的艺术氛围。

After a busy day, stroll through the art exhibition area, where soft beige tones and wood materials，give the space a quiet and inclusive artistic atmosphere.

自然造景随性而生，在空间中勾勒出生命的脉络，与艺术作品形成微妙对话，将艺术、自然与生活无缝融合。

Natural landscaping is born spontaneously, outlining the veins of life in the space, forming a subtle dialogue with the artworks, and seamlessly integrating art, nature and life.

沿墙而置的米色长椅，为长者提供了舒适的休憩区，让心灵在喧嚣的都市生活中寻得一隅栖息之所。

The beige benches along the wall provide a comfortable resting area for the elderly, allowing the soul to find a place to rest in the hustle and bustle of urban life.

沿着通道前行便是儿童欢乐天地。这里设置植物角、游戏区、周末剧场等功能模块，让空间设计与角色充分互动。

Walk along the passage to a children's playground.Functional modules such as a plant corner, a game area, and a weekend theater are set up here, so that the space design can fully interact with the characters.

植物认知墙，以嘉兴当地植被为主题，陈列了精美的植物标本，让孩子们在互动中感受自然的奥秘。

Plant Awareness Wall, with the theme of local vegetation in Jiaxing, displays exquisite plant specimens, so that children can feel the mystery of nature in interaction.

多彩世界，蜿蜒而下的白色滑梯、五彩斑斓的海洋球池，成为孩子们认识世界与释放活力的乐园。

The game area, with a white slide winding down and a colorful ocean ball pool, has become a paradise for children to learn about the world and release their vitality.

表演天地，通过互动墙与卡通壁画装置，激发儿童探索欲与创造力，构建寓教于乐的亲子艺术场域。

Performance World, through interactive walls and cartoon mural installations, stimulates children's desire for exploration and creativity, and builds a parent-child art field that is entertaining and educational.
