座书院，一个城市的人文气度代表

Academy, Representative of Humanity in a City

一座运河之都，一个孔孟之乡——济宁。中梁济宁·壹号院正座落于此。济宁是淮海经济区中心城市之一、是历史文化名城、滨水生态旅游城市。基地紧靠古运河及200宽运河公园绿化带，拥有丰富的文化底蕴及景观资源。目前是这么离奇，心里是这么芜杂。我常想在纷扰中寻出一点闲静来，然而委实不容易。

Jining, the capital of a canal and the home of Confucius and Mencius. Zhongliang Jining No. 1 Hospital is located here. Jining is one of the central cities in Huaihai Economic Zone, a famous historical and cultural city and a waterfront ecotourism city. The base is close to the ancient canal and the greenbelt of 200 wide canal parks, with rich cultural heritage and landscape resources. At present, it is so strange, so confused in mind. I often want to find a little quiet in the confusion, but it's really not easy.

济宁历史悠久，是东夷文化、华夏文明、儒家文化、水浒文化、运河文化的重要发祥地之一。儒家创始人至圣孔子、亚圣孟子、复圣颜回、史家左丘明皆出生于此。

Jining has a long history and is one of the important birthplaces of Dongyi culture, Chinese civilization, Confucian culture, Marsh culture and Canal culture. The founders of Confucianism, Zhusheng Confucius, Yasheng Mencius, Fusheng Yanhui and historian Zuo Qiuming were all born here.

根植于城心和区域深厚的人文底蕴，还原当地人内心深藏的“院落情结”，展现奢华内敛的人文气度和府门涵养，为城市奉上一座与之精神匹配的经典佳作。

Rooted in the city center and the region's profound cultural heritage, the local people's innermost "courtyard complex" is restored, showing the luxury and restrained humanistic demeanor and the conservatism of the Fumen, offering the city a classic masterpiece matching its spirit.

项目位于孔孟之乡的核心发祥地区域——济宁，整体设计以“新而不洋、中而不古”的建筑风格，将“文礼天下、儒释东方”的自然之美用艺术化的语言完美呈现。

The project is located in Jining, the core birthplace of the town of Confucius and Mencius. The overall design is based on the architectural style of "new but not foreign, medium but not ancient", which perfectly presents the natural beauty of "the world of literature and rites, Confucianism, Buddhism and Orientalism" in artistic language.

儒礼之道，院归一场人文生活雅集

Confucianism and Rites, Court's Elegant Collection

设计挖掘济宁地域文化，将“古典文化”和“现代生活”相结合，通过对济宁古典文化元素的提炼，以现代的手法诠释和展现。在府邸、院落之间，将传统的文化在现代生活中融合和延伸，再现一场如诗如画的生活雅集。

The design excavates Jining's regional culture, combines "classical culture" with "modern life", and through the refinement of the elements of Jining's classical culture, annotates and displays them by modern means. Between mansions and courtyards, traditional culture is integrated and extended in modern life to reproduce a picturesque life elegant collection.

设计融入当地特有的运河文化，提取当地“回形纹”等古建筑元素和沉稳的配色基调，诠释济宁古典文化的精髓，营造极富意韵的风格形象，结合现代人的审美意趣打造雅致美学气质。

The design incorporates the unique local canal culture, extracts the ancient architectural elements such as the local "palindrome" and the calm tone of matching color, interprets the essence of Jining classical culture, creates a style image with rich charm, and combines modern people's aesthetic taste to create elegant aesthetic temperament.

三段式设计使得整体造型简洁大气、典雅庄重。色调上采用黑白灰配以中国红色调，在建筑头部以及空调格栅采用传统中式窗花点缀，形成现代中式风格，使得社区成为融入运河风光带上一道亮丽的风景。

The three-stage design makes the overall shape concise, elegant and solemn. The color is black, white and grey with Chinese red tone, and the traditional Chinese window decoration is used in the head of the building and the air conditioning grille to form a modern Chinese style, which makes the community a beautiful scenery integrated into the canal scenery belt.

立面处理强调细节、主体层次和线脚细部处理；窗的做法讲究开放性和艺术性，在充分考虑节能的基础上，适度的扩大窗的面积，以打通内与外的视觉界限，扩大视野范围，望景观澜，使风景成为室内空间的外延。

The elevation treatment emphasizes the details, the main level and the line foot detail treatment; the window method pays attention to openness and artistry, and on the basis of fully considering energy conservation, expands the window area moderately, so as to open the visual boundary between inside and outside, expand the visual field, look at the landscape, and make the landscape become the extension of the indoor space.

造型构思取自济宁的文化和山水地形，承京杭大运河之韵，进行抽象演绎。朦胧的山水画隐喻了济宁城市的文化意蕴，水景景观配合山水画卷，相得益彰，引人入胜。

The design is based on Jining's culture and landscape, and carries on the abstract deduction of the rhyme of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The obscure landscape painting metaphors the cultural connotation of Jining city. The water landscape cooperates with the landscape painting scroll, complementing each other and attracting people.
