浮光 ·Floating

风 宛 转 ，照 影 水 方 折 。

“滨江”缘起上塘母亲河——楠溪江畔，

拥享一线江景，

以稀缺资源匹配身份的荣光，

自成层峯人物指点江山的胸怀与气度。

“Ben Giang” originated of Shangtang -- Nanxi River.

It enjoys a front-line river view.

Its glory is matched

by its scarcity of resources.

不是每一座人居作品，都能称之为“壹号”，

这个名字也意味着：上塘，将从此刻开启人居历史上新的篇章，

滨江壹号也将为城市生活留下新的注脚。

Not every piece of residential work can be called

“No. 1”. The name also means that Shangtang will open

a new chapter in the history of Human Settlementsand

No. 1 Ben Giang will leave a new footnote in urban life.

上塘“壹号”是绝佳的点睛之作，

为这个时代开辟全新的人居典范，

成为未来的城市之芯。

Shangtang“One” is a perfect finishing touch for

this era to open up of human settlements,

become the core  city of the future.

探影 ·Detective

忽对 仙 潭 问 有 无 ，溪 石 探 影 绯 云 扶 。

超越孤独和城市水泥

森林带来的疲惫。

Beyond the loneliness and exhaustion

of urban concrete forests.

城市运作如精密的表盘，以圆为核心，

层层曲线以黄金分割形式，

衬托枢纽核心“聚合”之意。

The city operates like a precision dial,

with a circle of curves in the form of golden ratio,

which set off of “Convergence” at the hub.

超以象外，至大不可限制；

得其环中，理之圆足混成无缺，如太极然。

Beyond the image, to can not be restricted;

get the ring, the round foot of no flaws, such as Tai Chi ran.

典雅之致，如镜中之月，

反射带来的空间纵向延伸，

塑造镜中逆世界般奇异的观感体验。

Elegant, such as the moon in the mirror,

the reflection of the  vertical extension,

shaping the mirror in a strange sense of experience.

独具视觉昭示性的岛台，

形成一股不断向上生长的生命力，

树立了强烈的形象记忆。

The island with unique visual display,

forming a continuous upward growth of vitality,

set up a strong image of memory.

空间是流动的，

自然生长的，

如同万物吐纳。

Space is fluid, natural growth,

as all things breathe.

逐江 ·Chasing

白 云 起 江 树 ，明 月 逐 江 船 。

在充满流动的时间长河里摘取一瞬，

纪念每一个值得珍藏的时刻。

In the Flowing River of time to pick a moment,

to commemorate each worthy of the moment.

空间以主题书吧的方式呈现，

带动空间逛游的氛围。

The space is presented of the theme book bar,

which drives the atmospher space.

以惬意而又饶有趣味的生活体验。

With a pleasant and interesting life experience.

造型与结构取自山川与河流，

生长与生命。

Shape and structure from the mountains and rivers,

growth and life.

旨在每一寸踱步间探索生命的可能性与生活的丰盈感。

It aims to explore the possibility of life and  fullness of life in every step.

超越孤独和城市水泥森林带来的疲惫。

方寸之间的呼吸吐纳，

与世间万物偕同，

探索生活的丰盈，

愿生命的旅人皆如夙如愿。

The breath between the square inches,

with all things in the world together,

to explore the abundance of life,

hope that the travelers of life are as long as they wish.
