第一热电厂见证了天津70年的辉煌，给天津人留下的旧工业时代的情怀。一座金茂汇，半部天津史，城市发展不断更迭，现如今“天津第一热电厂”，以全新的面貌正式亮相海河之滨。

It has witnessed Tianjin's 70 years of glory and left Tianjin people with the feelings of the old industrial era. A Jinmaohui, half of the history of Tianjin, has undergone continuous changes in urban development. Now it officially appears on the shore of the Haihe River with a new look.

本项目保留原有结构基础改造完成后，融入生活品质、社交自然、文化艺术为属性的新商业元素，全力打造以电厂元素与现代艺术碰撞融合下的先锋文化阵地。

After the completion of the reconstruction of the original structure and foundation, the project will integrate the new commercial elements with the attributes of quality of life, social nature, culture and art, and strive to build a vanguard cultural position under the collision and integration of power plant elements and modern art.

斗转星系，让建筑焕发昔日荣光的同时，追求历史及现时的超越与联动，以后世现代的角度成熟精准的设计语义，赋予其未来多种文化交流等功能，空间在新与旧的冲击下，尽力以保持克制来达成最持久的视觉张力。

While the building glows in the past, it pursues the transcendence and linkage of history and the present, and endows it with the functions of future multi-cultural exchanges. Under the impact of the new and the old, the space tries to achieve the most lasting visual tension with restraint.

“主中庭秒变视觉记忆点”

中庭的穹顶，旋转的造型通透而富有秩序，在商场中心里难得一见。设计师突破想象的界限，以更具艺术表现力、装置艺术般的构造在中庭确立了视野中心；创造性的融合圆中庭的穹顶结构与一热电厂的机械构建，在商业中庭的视觉中心打造了一个跨越历史与未来的、商业与生活对话的主艺术装置。

The hemispherical curved roof structure of the main atrium forms the spiral rise of the curved surface. The designer broke through the boundaries of imagination and established the center of vision in the atrium. It creatively integrates the dome structure of the circular atrium with the mechanical construction of a thermal power plant, and creates the main artistic installation for the dialogue between business and life in the visual center of the commercial atrium.

重叠向上的透视，朝天空开启一望无际的想象，时间纵横穿梭其间，贯穿时代的过去与未来发展，是对艺术、美学和生活深度诠释，随着流线延续建筑形态秩序，整合多维视觉空间。

The overlapping and upward perspective opens the endless imagination into the sky, which is a deep interpretation of art, aesthetics and life, and integrates multi-dimensional visual space.

巧妙地将人流聚拢于此，无一落下的过渡到室内购物空间；融合历史文脉和自然特色的元素，通过流动的动线，产生更多消费的可能性。

The flow of people is skillfully gathered here, and more consumption possibilities are generated through the moving line of flow.

3721地下主题街区的连接处以极具未来感的艺术装置串联，为顾客营造创越时空的“未来美食空间站”。

The 3721 underground theme block is connected with futuristic art installations, creating a "future food space station" for customers.

“场景化营造非凡体验”

场景化的营造也体现在每一个空间之中，将部分空铺与通道结合，让漫步其中的人犹如穿梭的旅行，激发体验者的探索欲，体验全方位的沉浸愉悦感。

The combination of various channels will make the strollers feel like shuttle travel, stimulate the explorers' desire to explore, and experience a full range of immersion and pleasure in the atmosphere.

设计从后工业时代的复杂性中摄取素材，创造出具有机械美学的趣味空间 ，通过LED发光字、墙体喷绘等轻量高质材料相互穿插，构成独具一格的结构美感，也为品牌与大众建立了一个立体的多维度的情感共鸣场所，合理构建消费者与空间的相对驱动关系。

The design absorbs materials from the complexity of the post-industrial era to form a unique structural aesthetic sense, and also establishes a three-dimensional and multi-dimensional emotional resonance place for the brand and the public.

融合历史文脉和自然特色的元素，打造多个趣味场景。利用开放式的布局和多维度划定行走流线，错落有序的线条灯具，塑造出空间的骨感。在光影的映衬下，空间中投射出科技梦幻般的美感，增强消费者的情感联接。

The open layout and multi-dimension are used to delimit the walking streamline, and the orderly line lamps and lanterns are scattered to create the bony feeling of space and enhance the emotional connection of consumers.

以匠心为笔，为时代作序。然而，作为工业美学符号记忆，热电厂的记忆一直在流淌。巧妙地将工业符号、故事场景融合其中，让整个文脉传承更加丰实，带来新旧交融的消费体验。
