我们对“界”的最初认识，大约来自于孩童时代对“世界”一词所指涉内容与意义的初步形成。对“界”的思考，或能帮助我们培养对“界”的意识，感知边界的存在和之于人的意义，从而能够从意识的更高层面上触及、处理边界，以此促成不同类别的融合、互补以及折叠的可能性。

3月25日，以CSD成立20周年为契机，由CSD设计机构和《AXD空间艺术》杂志发起的「“界”2019设计创作展-暨AXD春季沙龙」将为成都带来一次偏离规范和标准的设计艺术盛宴，以此希望能够促进大家对于边界问题的深刻思考。

元太设计有幸受邀，参与其中。

「介」vs「界」

从世界之初的阴阳混沌，

From the dawn of time, chaos filled Yin & Yang.

到盘古开天后万物生长。

Ever since world had begun, all things grow.

千百年来，人类对于自我、社会、宇宙的探索从未停歇。

周遭的「界」，既是空间「存在」的依据，也是思想「虚无」的载体。

For thousands of years, human never cease the exploration of ego, society and universe.

The “BOUNDARY” around us is the evidence of space existence as well as the carrier of ideology of nihility.

「界，而不界。」

“BOUNDARY, and also NON-BOUNDARY,”

迷离恍惚地看待万事万物的现象和本质，顺应大道至德和自然规律，最终到达一种无所不容、宁静和谐的精神领域。

Hold the view of the phenomenon and the essence of all things in a trance, obey the natural law from DAO to DE, and finally reach the all-inclusive, quiet and peaceful realm of spirit.

我们眼中的「界」，是表象。

BOUNDARY in our eyes is appearance.

物体、光线、声音、感官等等「介质」，

却是表象背后的存在。

Medium like object, light, soundand sense is the existence behind appearance.

对于设计中的“界”，

意义不在于封闭其内、巩固四周，而在于消解、偏离与重构。

For boundary of design, it’s digestion, deviation and reconstruction instead of closing inside and consolidating around.

固态的建筑，动态的声光，介入我们构筑的「界」。

而你的感知——是「界」，也非「界」。

Solid architecture and dynamical sound and light are brought into the “BOUNDARY” we create.

What you feel and percept, is “BOUNDARY” and also “NON-BOUNDARY”.
