別墅坐落在素有東方威尼斯之稱的江南古城紹興，建築一共四層（包括閣樓）客廳、餐廳、廚房等公共活動區設於一層，會客區娛樂區工作區在地下層，二層設三間臥室，三層即為主臥套房衣帽間，附帶中導台。700平方米的居住空間功能設置齊備，為了呈現更為年輕化的配置，使其生活方式和形態也都更趨向於現代感，空間感受上格外注重通透、自然、舒適、方便。

The villa is located in Shaoxing, an ancient city in the south of the Yangtze known as the Venice of the East. The building has four floors (including attic), living room, dining room, kitchen and other public activity areas on the ground floor. The reception area entertainment area is on the ground floor, Bedroom, three layers that is the master bedroom cloakroom, with the guide Taiwan. 800 square meters of living space function is fully equipped, in order to show a more young configuration, so that their lifestyles and forms also tend to be more modern, extra space on the feelings of permeability, natural, comfortable and convenient.

在空間內融入多件日本當代藝術家草間彌生Yayoi Kusama作品（業主私藏）任何看到其作品的人都會得到截然不同的感受。無窮無盡的圓點和條紋，艷麗的花朵重疊成海洋，混淆了真實空間的存在，只有陣陣眩暈和不知身處何處的迷惑。

地下室活動空間，定位為輕工業風格，開放式書房與畫室區域融為一體，形成一個更歡樂的娛樂空間，而相對獨立又有關聯的影音室增加了一定的私密性和保證享受影音過程的品質。
